Good over the phone serviceBut disappointed that they did not want to go through the work of Running the wire through The walls because of blocking.When other contractors had no issues running wire through the blocking.Valley alarms only suggestion was to let them run the wires on the outside of the building. Very poor installation service. And an unprofessional suggestion in my opinion.After emailing them and telling them the lack of commitment they're employees had to get the job done, I had not received any email back. They should really mention to their clients before installation that they only do easy Installations.
