Had the most wonderful experience. I came here with my mom for the non restricted course and then joined the restricted course also. Luis and John are both wonderful and do all they can to ensure you learn all you need to pass the examinations. Thank you!

Mr Richard is a great teacher and his daughter as well, the course and the organization was amazing! I got to learn more to understand firearms and safety, always giving you tips and examples. I would recommend this location for a firearms courses. Very grateful with them all.

I went for my non-restricted and Restricted course here. They offered the 2 day weekend course.Instructors are great. Even the ones that some people in the reviews disliked. Luis was fantastic and made things interesting.Mike's an older man and his patience is thin but I don't blame him.The people he had to reprimand just didn't listen to simple instructions.I would feel unsafe with these people on a range. I didn't mind his strict way of teaching. It actually helped me on my practical because I didn't want to make any mistakes again.I did well and passed the written and practical tests for both days.Great experience overall and I learned a lot of stuff I didn't know before in terms of firearm laws and how strange they are at times.

Amazing place! Amazing people! They want you to learn and succeed.Richard is a very kind soul and has a very beautiful smile. Rick and John helped me a lot when I was struggling, and Luis was very fun and high energy. They were all there to help students. Overall, I enjoyed the course and would highly recommend it. Once again, thank you for being so patient!

Had a great experience at YRFA recently. Extremely knowledgeable and made the the two days fun and exciting. Definitely recommend taking the training at YRFA.

Fantastic program run by great instructors! Felt very confident upon completing their weekend course! Highly recommend to anyone interested in obtaining their PAL. They were also very 'Covid' compliant as well, super safe environment!

Was meaning to get around to this but got tired upnwith life. Attending this course was very knowledgeable and training with staff was amazing. These professionals at this location took their time, also educat you on the task at hand. I strongly recommend this location and academy too others.

I read the reviews however the instructors were incredible and patient I guess you can't please everyone, however these instructors are dealing with adults that don't listen and people that have a hard time understanding English, however they still took there time to explain everything several times which to me is a positive not a negative . I called some other places and they never got back to me and once I was there Janice, Richard and Rick made the day enjoyable. Janice, being the only female instructor was incredible she even worked with some student's 1 on 1 as she could see they were struggling. Trust me when I say this is the place to go! I will recommend this location to everyone! Thank you again for being so invested in firearm safety and education.

Nothing to complain about. They’re strict for a reason... FIREARMS SAFETY! All the previous reviews about the instructors are misleading, they’re a great bunch, except the lady. I wasn’t too impressed with her attitude and air of superiority.Maybe that was just towards me, because I didn’t notice anyone else receiving that sort of treatment. Regardless, I would recommend this academy. Pretty straight forward and easy.

These guys run a great course. Awesome place to start if you are interested in fire arms. All the instructors are very knowledgeable and go at a very reasonable pace especially if you know nothing about firearms. Also very patience with you as well. Would definitely recommend them.
