Took forever to schedule a visit to diagnose the issues, $125 for the visit.Then a week later they came to fix with the part, super cheap part, not factory quality, $225 for that visit (parts and labor) he was here for less than half an hour.I sent payment, check was cashed, I continue to get a bill. 6 months later, and SEVERAL attempts to contact them to resolve the issue. NEVER call you back, or answer the phone during business hours. RUDE customer service!NOT a good way to run your business!!Not to mention I’ve had to reorder the part 2 times on my own, and do the repair myself since they “fixed” it.

Waited 2 weeks for an appointment. Guy shows up and has no clue what’s going on. After 5 minutes, tells me I need to schedule another appointment because he needs to bring an appliance cart with him. Shouldn’t this be in your van already?? My husband calls the office and talked to a very RUDE woman. She basically tells my husband to find someone else to fix our oven. To top it off...she asked me for my credit card number when I scheduled. Sketchy business. Would NOT recommend

Customer service totally doesn’t exist here, the receptionist is rude beyond belief, I understand that today’s appliances fall vastly short of quality especially whirlpool however this process started in June and still not fixed!!Shouldn’t have to remind the technician what the problem was and what part he ordered BUT I DID

They were super helpful . We needed a part for the stove & someone else had ordered the same thing but didn't need it until the following Tues & we needed it by Easter so they sold us the one they had there & ordered another one for the people coming that Tues. Made my friend very happy so she could cook Easter Dinner.
