Reserved my truck rental before I got there days before. I was on time. Said they had no record of my reservation. When I could see my name on there computer screen. I said thats me right there on the screen. He responds oh that's you ? Sorry truck is rented already. He rented it out at 7 am that day. Yet They open at 10 am.... U haul is a mess no idea who's fault. This place or head office.U haul customer service couldn't help. They hung up on me 2 times. After 30 mins wait each time. Had a bad experience with u haul .
