Words can't explain what a wonderful experience it was to come into this store. It was such an opening and welcoming experience from start to finish. Clearly knowledgeable and experienced in what they do. They fed my child chocolate as he waited patiently and we chatted about all things in life. At the end of our visit they wrapped up a small pair of earrings as a gift for my daughter who's been having some health complications.. I left the store in tears at their incredible thoughtfulness. I can't recommend this place enough. Thank you thank you thank you.

We had a wonderful experience with Armeni jewelers, from when my fiance went in to choose my ring to when I brought it in for sizing; Natasha had it ready way faster than I expected so I didn't have to be without it for too long :) She took the time to chat, to get to know me a little and to thoroughly explain how to care for my beautiful ring. She is friendly and lovely to work with, and you can tell she takes pride in what she does and truly cares about her customers.

Bought my engagement ring designed by Natasha 9 yrs ago. Natasha was super nice and personable. She remade me this ring as someone else from Alberta had bought the last one and they were not planning on making more of this style. I was soooo happy and grateful that she went above and beyond to remake another one for me. Til this day, I'm still in so much love with this ring. Natasha and her staff are amazing and patient with ur requests and will always try their best to fulfill ur wishes. I did not know what I was looking for and you helped guide me based on the little bit of personality you got to know and in the end it was perfect. When my engagement ring wasn't going to be ready in time you allowed me to use a “loner” so I was able to propose when I had originally intended. You can trust her sources as well as her goldsmiths. Took my engagement ring and wedding band set here to be sized as the store they had been purchased at originally was out of province. They were so friendly and upfront about all of the costs and had the rings finished and ready for pick up in a week and a half which was so much faster than i had anticipated. The rings fit great and look beautiful. You would never be able to tell they had been sized/altered.

Armeni Jewelers is an amazing business run by people that genuinely care about their customers. Natasha was so patient and polite, and she made an extra effort to help me find something in my price range (she put in more effort than any of the 5+ companies I had talked to beforehand). She responded quickly to emails and gave good advice during the whole process. I highly recommend going in and discussing what you are looking for with them; they will provide you with great customer service.

Armeni Jewelers is owned and ran by Natasha who has been a goldsmith since she was 16. Her work is BEAUTIFUL and so reasonably priced.I think I tried on every engagement ring in Victoria before I learned about Armeni Jewelers. She had two rings that were similar but both gorgeous in their own way. Natasha had me describe to her what parts of each that I liked best, and then she offered to make a slight modification to one of them, so I got the best of both worlds.Im so in love with this ring!

Natasha is the most LOVELY & genuine person ever, which makes the process of having a piece of jewellery made even more and fun.She did the most gorgeous job of making me a new solitaire ring; I love that she clarified numerous times what I wanted, showed me an image of the ring before it was made and kept me in the loop throughout the whole process. I really feel that Natasha is super trustworthy and genuine in this business and has her customers best interests at heart!
