I had the opportunity to work with Asif on two occasions. On both occasions, he took the time to explain everything in detail and fought to get me the best deal. He helped me sell my condo, and came up with a brilliant strategy to drive traffic to my home and get me the best price. He also used his negotiation skills to make sure I got my asking price and more! When I went back to him to buy my first house, he was very patient with me; he took me to see as many places as I needed in order to find the right place (and it was many places!). He was always kind, understanding, and supportive and never made me feel like I needed to rush. Again, he used my budget and other must-haves I shared with him to ensure that I got what I wanted. And, in the end, he fought to make my dream house affordable. Because I was new to home ownership, he also helped to connect me with the people I would need to close the deal (e.g., broker, home inspector, real estate lawyer, etc.,). Everyone he referred me to were excellent and trustworthy, just like him. He did all of this with positive energy and excellent professionalism. To this day, we remain in touch and I would highly recommend him to everyone!
