Dining room closed again today during lunchtime. App is often closed for pickup orders during lunchtime. Wait times to be served when dining room is open are far too long everytime! No idea what is going on here! So frustrating when you lose a bunch of time during work lunch break to get a coffee. Hire more people! If they quit, Hire more! Offer incentives or higher pay!! I've been living in the area for over 4 months now and can say the above level of service is standard at this location.

I asked for 2 ice caps made with chocolate milk, 2 everything bagels with herb and garlic cream cheese and a crispy chicken cilantro rice bowl!! I ended up with 2 ice caps made with cream NOT chocolate milk, 2 everything bagels with NO cream cheese and a rice bowl with slow cooked chicken that looked like dog food!! ....Instead of enjoying a little lunch with a friend, I am sitting here in Harbour grace attempting to call a phone number for tim hortons that continues to give me a busy signal or rings through to state that the customer I am trying to reach in unavailable" ....IM LEGITIMATELY DISGUSTED AND ANNOYED AT THE MOMENT!!"

This is the slowest Tim Hortons in the province. This review isn't based off of one slow interaction. This review is based off of the consistent wait times, served with a side of mistakes that I've encountered every since moving here. If you don't want to be late for work, try the McDonald's or the North Atlantic gas station. Shell has decent coffee as well.

Service is slow, and some (definitely not all) of the drive thru staff seem to hate their job. Apparently thank you" or "have a nice day" is time consuming."

You would have enough time to catch a plane to Columbia, pick coffee beans, roast them and bring back the coffee, make yourself a pot and still have enough time to think about your life goals compared to sitting at this drive through. They should give customers a discount card for patience in this franchise if you opt for drive through
