Cashier made a mistake and charged me twice on one of the items. After receiving the receipt I discovered the mistake while still in front of her. I told her about it and she told me to wait unti she is done with a mother customer. She then checked the receipt and discovered her mistake. She gave me money without an APOLOGY like nothing happened.Manpower here generally is a problem. And they have very little variety of items.

This is the 3rs time I have been followed and stared at in this store.This time the 2 employees went on either end of the aisle and just stared at me without even asking me if I needed help or amtrhint. I told them to stop hovering me I didn't like it and they didn't respond than they stood beside eacothee and stared at me as I left. I was so upset I didn't buy anything and left.This is my local pharmacy in my neighbourhood.

My experience here was phenomenal. From cashier to pharmacy everyone acted professional!!!! I would go to this location not just because it’s convenient for me but also because of the staff!!! Especially their new management inside the store! I can tell the difference between now and then! TWO THUMBS UP keep up the good work!

Very professional, young and energetic team at the pharmacy! Front store has good senior day discount! Very straightforward and transparent employees, if you come to shop here and don't follow legal rules and legislations by law you are causing nothing but trouble to employees

Rochelle was polite and professional to all(no matter if you’re an out of towner). The store is well stocked with snack, treats, glamour items and all your medical needs. The store is constantly kept clean with the high traffic bringing the muddy salty snow in and out. Superb quick shop experience. They’re open until midnight. Such a plus. I highly recommend this spot for all your needs!

Pharmacy would not give me medicated eye drops for my pink eye.They indicated that my pink eye does not qualify" because its not bad enough

Rude cashier.. doesn't know the store promotions and is reluctant to find out what they are either. Told me to go find out myself with a customer service rep. She then makes an error with my purchase and tells me I'm being rude about it. Ok. Because me telling you that you're wrong makes me rude. Should I have put on my baby voice and be apologetic that you messed up?

I would have given it negative 5 stars, the service was poor, rexall really gives a hard time to make a return even with the receip, they make up excuses and policies on the spot just to brush you off. Now I don’t feel confortable buyin anything from them, I will switch to shoppers, at least you know you will get your money back. I tried returning the test a week after I bought it at another rexall, and they also found an excuse not to give me my money back, they told me to try a different store. Worst service ever

Rexall in the Atrium is always pleasant to pop into to shop for items needed. Their BE WELL pts program is very handy, easy to use, items I buy are in my offers often, points add up quickly and are easily redeemable.The staff is friendly and helpful. The store is always well organized, clean and efficient.Prices are usually good for most items I buy.
