An interesting experience, not sure what to make of it.The first time I entered this OnePlant location I was welcomed and assisted as most dispensaries do. I placed an order to hold an item non-cannabis related ( a tough looking pouch with an airlock zipper). I asked to be called back on Saturday by the staff member that was assisting me.Didn't get the call back. Later on I was available to pass by, but the staff completely ignored me.I walked in on Sat and looked to see if the item was still on display. It was and I thought to look the brand up which I forgot to do the first time.I stood there among the displays for about 5 minutes reading my phone just to get some more info (Other designs came up.. took a little time). When I was done, I noticed that no other customers were in the store, there was two staff members talking in low tones and seemingly avoiding my attention.So I left.No one ever spoke or approached me. Altogether, about 15 minutes, and that can feel like a long time, especially if you are waiting.About 2 to 3 staff members visible most.. of the time.Meanwhile construction on Steeles makes this OnePlant location difficult place to access at certain times of the day.A standard variety of brands and items available at this location, with a few exceptions.A wide variety of other stores sharing a common parking lot.

Andre was great, providng excellent customer service as always. Very knowledgeable and understanding. The rest of the employee's are knock offs, they are not aware of their products. I asked them all to give me the hardest hitting most potent hash and they come up with weakest. I had to tell them the Purple Hills Tera Nova Live Hash is top notch. Maybe I should apply there and take one of the employee's position. The little brown girl needs to go. She knows nothing and doesn't ask if your a member and charges me the most. She thinks it's her dad's business. Andre is the man there.

Been coming here for a little while now, very good selection. Christian was very helpful on my visit earlier today!
