TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

I have been a customer for TD small business for over 35 years. Bank put a hold on draft cheque accompanied with proof of RBC draft receipt and I opened my app to show the funds that were at the RBC account. Manager tells me he will put it on hold for five business days unless I bring a wire. It is getting to be the worst bank to deal with after working with TD bank for so many years.

Bank seems to be run by uninterested kids. No one maintaining any order. Everyone is slouched in their chairs and looks like they woke up late from a night of partying. Branch manager or assistant manager was telling jokes and having laughs while the lineup was at the door. I asked to use the bathroom for my toddler who needed to go. Was refused and sent to subway. Upon returning I had to wait in line again, which I wouldn't have minded had the jokes stopped and the customers mad a priority. Unfortunately that was not the case. TD used to pride itself on customer service and that has been the main reason I've stuck with them for 20 years. Someone needs to look at what's going on at this branch and others in the area. Otherwise you will begin to lose clients to places where they feel respected.

Worst location ever deal with it. Branch Manager sukhi she is such a unprofessional and zero costmor service. Hello TD please re think you decision to having sukhi a branch manager .

This location manager behaviour is so rude we have 10 years old account in this location but when i go for withdrawal U.S. dollars the manager give to me only 75$ this is not good. Manager name is Ajvi goyal

I had my card compromised and TD BANK wait times are so long, I waiting for almost 2 hours and still nothing. People commit fraud and they take there sweet time, not good. it happened again.

I definitely agree with most here, when it comes to the customer service. Although my whole family works with TD but the employees specifically talking about this branch are pathetic and heartless. Banking here is all about service when you don't treat each and every customer with respect, you will loose the business in long run from them. I was pushed away because I was a minute late from the closing time of the branch. I don't remember the name of the guy but he was very rude and treated me like anything. Certainly do not recommend going there.very bad attitude.

The lady manager with short hairg is really very unprofessional with zero customer service skills.Instead of being helpful and providing with a solution she was like check it online. Over 6+ years I’m using TD bank and I have never come across such a person.Very disappointed.!!!!!

TD is a great bank but this branch is managed by a bunch of baboons. Brand new fresh out of college kids who know nothing about banking/business or customer service.

I had my first “bank experience” today with TD bank. Staff is nice, special thanks to Kushal Gill, she helped me a lot answering all of my questions. She also made me feel comfortable to ask stupid things and it was really important to me as it was my first experience with opening an account. Thank you again!
