If I could give this place a -5 stars that is the review I would give. I agree with the person above that said customer service isn't great ! I do agree that the staff was nice...they have no control over what happens with a repair. The manager of the store could have done more. Let me explain some of the issue I have an infinity bracelet that was given to me last Christmas as a gift. This jewellery store has had it more than me ! Yes, it has been in for repair 6x . I waited weeks each time for it to come back. I usually waited a few weeks for an initial call just to find out what they wanted me to do then several weeks before I would get the bracelet back with the assurance the clasp was fixed. On one return to get my bracelet, I put it on and with little pressure it fell off. The sales girl sent it back right away saying clasp wasn't fixed. One of their solutions was to trade for diamond earrings (might appeal to some but bracelet is sentimental), another solution was to put a lobster claw clasp on. A lobster claw would look ridiculous on an infinity, it breaks the infinity line....now they have returned my bracelet and are doing NOTHING, NOT A THING... it's their design they should be able to fix it....put a clip on the side??? Ok enough of my rant...sorry for being so wordy !

I love my wedding ring set I got from Griffin. 2 diamonds kept sinking. Luckily we bought the warranty package. I noticed my diamond sank after just a week of wearing it. This should’ve been the first red flag. I Sent it out about 3-4 times to be repaired only for the same things to happen again. I have now requested to exchange the ring as maybe it is defective. I haven’t heard a response for over a month. I called and I was told their computer crashed and they can’t get in contact with head office. I googled head offices number left a voicemail and over a week with still no response. The lady I spoke to on the phone who works at the store said they are likely really busy… which leads me to question why? If they provide good quality rings… it’s unsettling to know they are always so busy repairing???Griffin does not value their customers or provide good service. I have had my set for just over a year and it has been in their hands more than mine…. No joke. Save yourself the headache and DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!! I don’t often ever leave reviews but I feel as though if you are weighing your decisions - just don’t do it.Update-I met with the regional manager in store & she provided a solution. She reassured me she will take things from here and continue to update me. So thankful she stepped in to help rectify the situation without hesitation. Hoping for smooth sailing moving forward.

Cannot recommend Anne C from the Pen Centre location enough! We have made 2 purchases from her (engagement and wedding band), and she took care of us like we were family! She is honest, listens to what your likes and dislikes, and will steer you in the right direction for whatever you are looking for. Will always see Anne C for any of our future jewellery purchases!

An absolutely amazing experience..The staff at this location will go above and beyond before during and after the sale...I have purchased numerous pieces for my wife and she's never been disappointed.One necklace kept flipping when she wore it and the staff sent the piece out and had the length adjusted to keep it from flipping on my wife's neck.. It was under a week turn around.The products they sell are stunning and my wife always gets compliments on what ever piece she's wearing... it doesn't matter if it was $200.00 or $5000.00 the craftsmanship is amazing.

They encourage you to make a wonderful purchase for the future, able to put on layaway, but if you want 1 day later to receive your money back for down payment you put on - forget it: these crooks will take your money with no remorse

We were in to pick a pearl necklace for a family member this past teusday. We made multiple trips in and out and the sales associate was so understanding.She did not push us to pick anything and when we talked to her about the other jewelers in the mall she only had nice things to say.Clearly a customer oriented person! We won't go anywhere else now!

Both pieces of expensive jewellery I have had from here have lost their diamonds. Unfortunetly the necklace I didnt have warranty on so that can not be fixed and it didnt last long. My ring however is in the second time for repairs after having it back for just over a month and now this time it will longer. So in my experience their jewellery isnt made very well. Its disappointing. Cant even enjoy my engagement ring because it just keeps falling apart. I will change this review assuming my experience changesBut as of right now I will let everyone I know to not spend money here :s

I purchased an engagement ring recently, and I couldn't be more satisfied. The price was better than any of the other stores in the mall, for a higher quality diamond. On top of that I was helped by Heather, who made the whole experience amazing! I reccomend this store to anyone looking for great service, and selection.***UPDATE***I sent the ring out to be sized, it returned so quickly and even more beautiful than I remembered. My fiancé could not be happier! If i could give more than 5 stars, I would.
