My husband and I dealt with Peter. What an outstanding guy! He was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was very kind, courteous, professional and extremely knowledgeable! We had 12 new trees put in and they are absolutely stunning! We had 3 trees moved and one of them had baby birds in it. All of the workers were amazing and kept the birds safe. Their customer service is top notch! They return calls promptly and answer any questions or concerns that we had. We wanted to make sure that our trees were doing well and I asked Peter if he could stop in to check on them and there he was.... making sure that we were happy and everything was fine with our trees. This is our first time dealing with this company and I wish we had used them in the past. We will definitely only use them in the future. Peter and the crew demonstrated their focus is customer service, from helping with the selection, making planting recommendations, and taking steps to avoid lawn damage given weather. They showed their experience and how much they care while delivering a great job.

We are obsessed with our trees! Can’t say enough good things about Caledon tree farm, the owners and their employees, they did a great job, open communication, efficient and effective. Highly recommend! A family run business with owners that care, big enough to get any project done but with the personal caring touch that you usually only see with a smaller owned company. This place has the best selection of tall mature trees and the owner Peter was amazing to deal with. It was a cool experience to visit the tree farm and pick out the trees you want, way better than visiting other nurseries that have trees half the size. My new autumn blaze trees look perfect in my backyard! Thanks Peter for making this experience a great one!

Initial experience with Peter was awesome. We didn't know what to expect and when Peter took around his land it became clear that his product was going to be superior to what we had previously looked at elsewhere. He helped us picked the right privacy tree (white pine for us) and promptly came to our residence to assess the property and support in picking the right spot. The workers that Peter sent were very friendly and professional and VERY hardworking. The full circle experience will be positively remembered and Will DEFINITELY use peter's services again and you bet I'll be referring to anyone I know needs trees planted. Working with Peter on choosing my mature maple tree was a wonderful experience. I was so excited to purchase a mature tree and Peter exceeded all my expectations with customer service.My tree was delivered and planted by Kelly who was fantastic. Kelly was efficient, precise and left absolutely no mess or extra dirt lying around. I can’t wait to purchase another tree from Caledon Treeland.

What an amazing experience, a few key points about my family’s experience.1-The sales experience was simple and easy to understand with professional recommendations.2-They had massive trees that were able to provide immediate privacy. (Big for us as we had some large trees die off)3-The installation crew was outstanding and were able to dig around some underground obstacle we had.4-pricing was competitive but more importantly our family felt extremely comfortable with the work and quality.I would highly recommend to anyone looking to improve the curb or backyard appeal.
