Drive-thru purchase on May 8, 2023 of 3 nugget happy meals, wanted bbq sauce for all, asked if sauce was in the boxes at pick up window and was told yes … arrived home and there weren’t any sauces in any of the boxes! Kids not happy about eating dry nuggets, tried calling location, only to get voicemail asking for access code… ridiculous!

I ordered the waffle fries and they filled it with a few waffle but mostly regular fries. Wish I had taken a picture eating to show it properly but always check the box to make sure they give all waffle fries.

Very clean quick service but sometimes due to lack of crew you may expect long delays, food quality is the same as every other Macdonalds, kiosk and the play area the most important, cleaner is doing the great job, and great atmosphere and kind of cozy place to hang

Curling my toes n swinging my feet at this mouth watering experience! It all started when I drove up and parked my car. I opened the door the they smell lifting me off my feet and pulling me towards the register. The cashier welcomed me with a “hi, what can I get for you” and I was sure to tell her just what I wanted. I proceeded to order my food as I usually would as a regular customer who comes here on a consistent basis (as a regular). They then gave me my receipt and told me to wait and watch the screen above for my order. At this moment I knew I was in love. I waited as they called for my number. It was 1645. I remember. I sat down and bit in and liked it, it was alright. Mediocre at best.

This McDonald's location offers a great time for kids with a mini play area inside. It's an ideal spot to grab a Happy Meal, as kids can play while adults can take a break and plan their meal. Both toddlers and young children will enjoy this outlet, making it a popular choice for families. Convenient parking options are also available. I highly recommend it.

Went into the drive thru just to get an americano double double. This is the third we had gotten an awful coffee from the McDs on Dixie and Dundas, and we had decided that enough was enough and tried to have it exchanged. Point of the matter was that the coffee was more cream than coffee and it was reasonable to try and return it for something better. With us parked to the side, we saw a server come out and decided to ask him if he can exchange the coffee for us, explaining to him our issue with it. Initially he agreed to have it changed, but when we asked him to bring the coffee back, he said to just throw the coffee in the garbage at the back of our car. This service was horrible and this Mcdonalds should be able to train their servers to treat their customers properly. Last time any of my family, or friends will come back here.Note that we know that Mcdonald's coffee has the POTENTIAL to be pretty good. We usually go to the Mcdonald's on Dundas and Hillcrest, the coffee is always good alongside the service. Do better.

Just a drink this time, but the manager (at least I think he's the manager) at the pick up counter is extremely friendly and has great customer service skills everytime we come here! Great job! Also a very clean location, and nice more private seating arrangement. Not like other McDonald's!

This is fast food. Food tastes like cardboard. This McDonald's location has a children's play place. Coke here for the play place

I had a terrible experience at this McDonald's drive-thru. I ordered a happy meal with a cheeseburger and an apple juice, but they only gave me the cheeseburger and juice and forgot the French fries . When I tried to clarify the order with the woman at the window, she was extremely rude and unhelpful. Instead of apologizing and correcting the mistake, she insisted that I didn't order a happy meal and made me pay extra for french fries. To make matters worse, she didn't even say goodbye or thank me for my business. I found the entire experience incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I would not recommend this McDonald's location to anyone.
