Fixed my back screen after my camera and flash light won’t work. All I got was excuses and wanted to pay more. I will never recommend anyone to go to this place will rather throw my gadgets away than getting them fixed with these guys. They should change their name to we broke em

Made an appointment online for 10:30 AM and no one showed up. Hours online said opened at 10 and no one was there by 10:45. Tried calling 2 other locations that all said they were open and no one answered the phone

I brought in for repair a 128 GB iPad that had a charging problem. I was told it’s likely the tristar chip or possibly the charging port and should be a $200 fix, either way.The first time I picked up the iPad, I had to bring it back the next day to have them try to (unsuccessfully) remove the dust that was left behind inside the screen from their repair. After it was ‘fixed’ I had a 32 GB iPad with dust behind the screen and a speaker that was obviously quiet.After bringing back the iPad for a third time you fabricated an explanation of why the size of the iPad changed. I have spoken to Apple about your explanation and they have said that it is not true.After almost 2 months of you ‘repairing’ the ipad, we ended up with the at least the original flash drive (128 GB), but one speaker that doesn’t work, the wifi doesn’t work, there is even more dust behind the screen, and the unit doesn’t charge again. At least all you charged us was $95 to break our ipad…Thanks for nothing, I hope other people reading this will learn not to deal with your company through my loss and your gain.Scott Medernach

I thought my phone screen was cracked when I brought it in , they ( empolyee first name started with an E )quickly noted that only my glass screen protector was damaged and repaired it with a new protector , what a great relief that was to repair a $500 phone. They made great suggestions on a new protector, left the store feeling I just got great customer service which can be a challenge to find these days. Recommend a visit.

Came in to get my phone screen fixed after accidentally dropping a 95lb dumbbell on it. I thought the phone was unfixable, as it was unresponsive and somewhat bent from the accident, however iBROKEN did an excellent and prompt job fixing it. The storefront is very nice and the staff does an excellent job with making the customer feel entrusting of the repairs to be made.

Awesome experience, guy was very friendly and gave us multiple coupons to get money off. 10/10 would break phone on purpose for service again

My Pixel camera lens had dust on the inside of the protective glass making all my pictures blurry, and to remove this, the screen needed to be taken off. The risks of this procedure (screen possibly broken/cracked) were fully explained to me beforehand, and the procedure went off without a hitch. Camera is fixed and screen works perfectly!

Regardless of whom is working on any given day here, you will be served by knowledgeable staff.I was initially served by Taylor and found him to be so proactively helpful that i had no troubles committing to having them repair/replace my screen on my Samsung phone.They took a few hours so I brought my phone on a Sunday morning and had it back by 1pm. They grant a 30 day parts and labour guarantee (which I hope I don't need) which other shops don't have.They have top of the line accessories too. So no grey parts and shoddy work here. Only top of the line parts and craftsmanship.Suggestion - this shop should get themselves added to the pylon sign too so it is easy to see it coming up on the busy main road. Right now Kings Glass is much more visible.

Thank you Brandon so much for repairing screen in a very short time . I had a iPhone 11 and repair it in Toronto Canada . But the place did not repair it on properly. Brandon was kind enough to repair it quick and get me back to my meeting on time. Went in for a simple check on my charger port, because it had some gunk in it that made the charger itself wobbly, the guy took care of it super quickly and he was super nice and helpful - Didn’t catch his name unfortunately.
