When you spend over a thousand dollars on a piece of equipment, you expect to be able to use it for many years. Unfortunately, the LCD screen on the rower I purchased from Fitness Depot died at about the 6-year mark. I called to see if I could buy a replacement monitor, sent a few text messages with details and then the communication stopped. After a couple of months, I visited the store to enquire once again about a replacement screen. They took my name and number, and again, a month has passed with no answers. I even reached out to the manufacturer directly, and after a few emails back and forth, that communication also came to an end without any resolution. As a result of this lack of service after the sale, I purchased my next piece of equipment at another business in London.

Mike is an honest, knowledgeable, and helpful salesman.My wife and I drop (to us) a small fortune on equipment for our home gym and Mike patiently walked us through our purchase, steering us towards purchasing good quality equipment at our price range and limitations with space.We ended up with a squat rack, set of plates, bench, set of dumbbells and an Airdyne bike.All WAY under what we expected to pay.We will most certainly be going to fitness depot for all our future equipment purchases.

I called in for information on a rower and was so impressed with the knowledge of their products and the way they explained why and what would best suit my needs that I knew my purchase was going to made through FD. When someone takes the time to explain things and learns what you need specifically to help your decision, that is quality service. Then making a purchase was easy including delivery and set up which made the entire experience top notch. Now the machine! Just began my new favourite routine on a new rower and I’m over the moon with the quality and professional experience ! Start to finish. Friendly, helpful and made my experience perfect.
