If you are in the market for Adirondack chairs, then look no further. 8 years ago, I purchased 2 Adirondack chairs from The Best Adirondack Chair company. It was an excellent decision as these chairs are of high quality, comfortable and durable. I actually just contacted the Company again and will be adding two my original purchase and placing an order for 2 more. I highly recommend the chairs. Thank you!

My wife loves Adirondack chairs and always wanted some for our patio. My plan was to surprise her with the chairs she always wanted for her retirement. She was an elementary teacher for 35 years and enjoyed every minute of it, but now looks forward to her well earned retirement. I read all previous reviews and then decided to purchase four cedar Royal Adirondack Chair kits from The Best Adirondack Chair Company. The website gave a 4-6 week timeframe for completion. I was a little disappointed but I figured it would be worth the wait. My hopes were that the chairs would be delivered at the same time she retired. It has now been 9 weeks and two phone calls later, but to no avail. The first phone call informed me that the orders were behind schedule due to a large corporate order that put regular production behind schedule and I was assured my order would be produced the week of 6/25/23. I just got off the phone and was told that it would be another 3 weeks. Other than an apology for the delay, there was no other type of compensation. I purchased the chairs at full price, but whenever I go to the website there is always a sale of one sort or another. Currently there is a 15% off your order. I was not even offered a discount or upgrade for my loyalty for not canceling my order. My initial plan was to purchase 4 chair kits this year, and 4 more next year. At this rate, I guess the original 4 kits might come in by next year. Very disappointed.

More than 25 years ago we purchased 2 Adirondack chairs and a picknick table from this company. I contacted the them recently to request a replacement slat for one of the chairs. I expected to have to pay for this. Not at all. I was told we offer lifetime garantie. Item was send to our home within a week. Free of any charge. Excellent service for what are beautiful chairs, but aging like us. Thank you,

Ordered 2 chairs directly from the manufacturer in stead of the European resellers. Excellent service, swift answers on all questions. And turned out way cheaper (transport included).A happy Belgian customer

First time we purchase tree chairs. We enjoyed the comfort so much and we had so many compliments for the colour (Patriot Blue). Then we bought three other chairs and a couple of ottoman. We have upgraded our lake side a lot and are very happy with our chairs that we can leave all year long outside. Over the past 2 years, we have purchased 2 Rockers and 4 Royal Chairs, along with a number of tables and ottomans, in 2 different finishes (clear cedar caramel and knotted cedar light). Everything is beautiful, super-high quality, and we just ordered 2 Reclining chairs. On top of how great the chairs themselves are (with minimal maintenance, I suspect they will last close to forever), customer service is simply outstanding. We have them at a lake cottage on an island that is difficult to deliver to; their team worked with us to make sure delivery worked within rules on our end, and couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. While lead times to get the chairs after you order are longer than normal (something out of their control), that is easily managed by ordering early and having them hold until you are ready to take delivery. As others have noted, while the chairs are at the pricier end, the quality is well worth it and the chairs will last and last. Can’t recommend highly enough.

We have had these six Royal Adirondack chairs for over 10 years. After 10 years of Manitoba, winters and summers, they are as good as a new and comfortable as always. Today, we ordered another two chairs for our dock. I expect all of these chairs will be in our family for generations.

I love this company! Before ordering I contacted the company and had a wonderful discussion with Dina. I made my purchase a year ago last February 2021! I knew at the time that my purple chair was not in stock and I would be waiting a bit for it. However, my other three chairs, lime green, bright orange and Aruba Blue arrived within a week. I was so impressed with the quality and vibrant color of my chairs. The chairs are so comfortable. My sister told me that she is unable to get out of Adirondack chairs but I knew she wouldn't have that problem with these. She finally came for a visit and I was right. No problem being sunk so low you can't get up. These chairs are of very high quality and very sturdy, nothing like I might buy from other companies. I love the carefree material and the ease with which these fold. My chairs are precious to me and I like to fold them and put them out of sight while I am away from home. Last August I heard from Dina that it might be spring before they could get the purple plastic. I was given many options but I said that purple is my favorite color and I chose to wait as long a necessary. I called them about three weeks ago just to touch base. At that time, Heather told me it might be June before I get the chair but she promised I would get it by summer. I still decided to wait. Well, I just came home from spring break and my purple chair was waiting for me! It is everything and more than I had hoped for. The purple is beautiful and adds that extra pop of color to my other three chairs. I love it so much I just ordered a second purple chair. I wish I had listened to Heather and ordered a second one a month ago. It doesn't matter to me that I might be waiting again for a few months. I know it is well worth the wait.
