I had an amazing planner named Fajr help me out. She guided me through a surprise kitchen for my mother-in-law. Kitchen of her dreams! Coming in-to Ikea, I didn’t think my vision was going to come to life so quick and easy. Fajr made it so easy and gave me new and creative ways to bring my mother-in-laws new kitchen a place of happiness. Thank you so much Fajr!!!

Though we knew the design we wanted already for our kitchen island / coffee bar, Laura was fantastic about knowing all the little details we would need for our project. She was very thorough and knowledgeable and answered any questions i had. We had some items back ordered and one hiccup but between Laura and her team all issues were resolved. She was great to work with and would work with again in the future. thanks again!

Ordering everything for our kitchen was super easy and quick thanks to IKEA Windsor. Sandra was so much more help than I was expecting. She made sure I had everything I needed for a seamless design, and that our order arrived on time and in good condition! She even provided helpful instructions for installation going as far as being accessible by email after the ordering process was complete.

My wife and I were looking for some Pax closets for our home We stopped by the Ikea store at Devonshire mall one evening. We set up a consultation with Sandra. She is fantastic to work with. She helped us design out closets adding many great tips and suggestions . Some of the products were not available at the time of order but Sandra kept looking for the missing items. She managed to track it all down and had it promptly delivered to our home. Sandra is very knowledgeable and made the entire experience enjoyable. I think it's cute. I didn't actually use the design studio but I think the idea is a good one. I've never seen a mini IKEA before. It's location is easy for most people who live in Windsor, and they can visit the rest of the mall after they do their designing thing ma bob's.

Fantastic service from Sandra with designing and purchasing the storage solution for my bedroom. She was able to resolve a minor problem that I was having with an old gift card that I wanted to use.Ikea products are such a great value and the design studio make it so easy to get just what I needed.

Fajr was the best!! She took the time to make my kitchen design perfect and practical. She looked after all of the details, full of great ideas and gave us all of the options. I will be returning to do my bathroom and another room. We were grateful for all of her knowledge and experience. Very professional!!
