I had my very first appointment at Landells for a clinical facial. The service provided was fabulous! Nicole performed my facial. She was very friendly, professional and explained everything she was doing and why. I got some great tips for self care from it! And the best part, my face felt amazing afterwards! I would definitely go back and see her again! The entire experience was very positive! The reception staff were also welcoming and friendly.

I have been going to Landells for about six months now and the service has been incredible. I have seen Kristen and she is awesome! She is very patient and helpful and she takes the time to answer any questions that I have. I really look forward to my visits....it's a very welcoming environment and everyone is so friendly!

Absolutely nothing bad to say about my experience. All of the staff are lovely, warm and welcoming. Very professional, especially with following COVID-19 safety protocol right now. I had my consult with Kristen and she was very informative, very patient, and just all around a pleasure to deal with. For reference, I'm currently getting laser hair removal, and the results I've seen after just three sessions is astounding. I always look forward to my visits, and have recommended to several friends. You have such an amazing staff, keep it up! :)

This was my first appointment at Landells but also my first skincare appointment of any sort. Nicole created a very calming and relaxing environment while also making sure I understood what she was doing and why. She gave great suggestions about my skin as well. I had a very positive experience and will return for sure.

Have been going to Landells Clinic over the years and they never disappoint. Recently had the micro needling procedure done, and very satisfied with the results. Great team of knowledgeable professionals that will answer any questions you have regarding skin care/ procedures.

Had the pro fractional laser skin resurfacing for my acne scars. I've been struggling with acne scars for close to 10 years and feel like I've tried everything.The staff was incredibly helpful, informative and professional. The procedure itself, although a bit long (2-3 hours) was in a comfortable setting. The laser itself lasted 20-25 minutes, but wow. After two weeks I can already see incredible results. Seriously a life changing procedure for those with acne scars.Amazing, thank you to the clinic.

My first visit to the Landells Clinic was so pleasant and I was beyond impressed! My experience was everything I could have asked for and more — the professional staff are so informative and helpful. After a quick consultation I was put on the right path to determine a foundational skincare routine (super newbie here!) and my treatment gave me the boost of confidence I was hoping for. I plan to drop in this week to pick up some products from the multiple samples I was given, including the tinted sunscreen and retinol complex. Highly, highly recommend!

My entire experience at The Landells Clinic was absolutely amazing ~ from my initial consultation with Heidi to my first treatment with Nicole everything exceeded any and all of my expectations! Heidi was so informative and helpful, she really took the time to listen to my concerns and offer sound advice and suggestions. During my first treatment Nicole ensured that I was comfortable and understood exactly what she was doing and what I could expect. I’m extremely pleased with the results of my first facial peel and looking forward to my next appointment. I honestly cannot recommend this place enough ~ make the call and schedule your consultation I guarantee you will not be disappointed!!!

My treatment with Nicole was excellent. My skin is feeling lovely and I do plan on booking another appointment in the near future.Nicole was amazing, and helped my skin a lot. I am using some new products with different things she recommended (salicylic acid, retinol, etc.) and my face hasn't been this clear in a long time. This was my first visit to Landells as I was recommended by my sister but my circle is large and I definitely will be passing it along to my friends that they NEED to visit you guys out there for all their facial needs.

I had a laser hair removal consult with Melissa and it was really great. She is incredibly knowledgeable and it’s easy to see she has a passion for her profession. I felt so comfortable and I will definitely be making an appointment with her! She was also extremely helpful with picking out my new skin care regime as well. The staff at landells are incredibly welcoming and the atmosphere is awesome.
