This is the worst store I’ve ever visited horrible customer service and I was trying to return a wallet that ripped easily and they wouldn’t let me return it because I was a few days late Do NOT GO THERE AT ALL

Absolutely horrible customer service. We’d purchased a pack of a couple luggage locks and one was faulty when opened. Upon bringing it back they handled the situation very poorly and accused us of breaking the lock. Like how do you even break a lock ??? It’s a padlock kinda lock. Do not recommend at all. Selling faulty products and then accusing the customer of breaking it is a different kind of low.

I went to return a backpack on Saturday the store Mnger avoided and pushed “forced”another employee to do the transaction “ I think to avoid having the return under her name!”. It could be commission thing! However, I didn’t feel comfortable and It was embarrassing.Next time I will avoid that location.

Lady with glasses is horrible at customer service - very rude. Overpriced bags. I returned an $80 bag which I found at another better store for $29! Avoid this location!

Entered the store to see a lady with such an upset look, as if I was there to steal from the store , if you're not well go home n rest, no one wants to see a rude face on a happy holiday.
