I'm pretty sure we'll be coming back for full servicing of the transmission issue with our vehicle. Our mechanic sent us to Mr T to have a look and see what's going on with what appeared to be slowly leaking transmission fluid. Ken and his team had the car on the hoist a couple of times. First time for a look-see and removal of the transmission pan, second time for the bad news of a small leak. While it appears to be a minor issue, and we were offered a alternate temporary solution, they did not charge us for the diagnosis. I could not believe the politeness and knowledge of the 3 staff (from the mechanic on up to owner). Wonderful service. Sad diagnosis, but wonderful treatment of this customer. Thank you!

I recently had a transmission problem and everyone I spoke to told me the vehicle isn’t worth repairing as the transmission was done, it was a write off. Until I spoke with Ken and his team. They made me feel comfortable and confident that I didn’t need a repair that I can’t exactly afford. They were the only ones to really listen to my description of the issue and ensured me that it can be fixed and not to panic. The honesty and integrity this business showed me is so refreshing. Ken and his team were amazing. I had an issue with my Honda CRV that according to one of their service advisors, Parkway Honda felt they could not fix, so upon recommendation from my brother, I went to MT. Ken did a free road test, and although busy, he still dropped me off at work. He diagnosed the issue. The left front wheel bearing needed to be replaced. First experience with Mister Transmission, and I was very impressed from the moment I called and inquired about an appointment. I was greeted by Ken at the shop, and we took a test drive to see if I should've been worried. He assured me I was fine but also helped price out some transmissions on the off chance something went wrong. I like the fact that he was open and honest and didn't try to sell me what I didn't need. I hope not to go back, but if I have a transmission issue, I know I'll come here.

Amazing experience, had to replace a transmission 2 years ago with these guys and they did a wonderful job. No issues at all. Dealer quoted 10K+, they did it for a very reasonable price. Quick and courteous. Ken the owner actually picked me up from home using my newly fixed car.

Was advised I needed a rebuilt transmission. 2008 Chevy Uplander with 355 thousand K.Had been previously rebuilt 2012 by Ken and his great mechanics at 155 thousand K.Dropped off the Chev van on Tuesday afternoon and the van was ready at Noon Friday.Ken went out of his way to ensure that I could get the van before the weekend as the van is required for my work.After two days of driving all seems great.Would highly recommend this shop and Ken.

Went few months back when Ken told they are super busy and cant even book my car for even future date.Went back 3 weeks ago and met Chris and he booked me for today Oct 13.Today i toom short break from office and drove there and guess what they dont have my slot. They are also not ready to accomodate me to another day. They were showing me path to other mechanics. Dont need your apologies when you dont know how appointment system works.
