Dominic, the guy who helped us out, was very, very patient and helpful. Although we waited for about 15 minutes while he was talking to Rogers Support, he just multi-tasked and we ended up buying more phones because of his assistance. Dominic made our buying experience very pleasant.

Purchased some new phone plans through Joey at the phone kiosk. No pressure and knowledgeable. Threw in some extra rebates without even asking. Highly recommended.

The salesperson. Joey, was very knowledgeable, polite and patient. He helped me to get the best deal for my needs. Although I had to wait 3 1/2 hours, to be served, I understand that it was no one’s fault but due to employee shortage which is happening in every industry and cannot be helped.

The associate (Julia) was just brilliant! She was knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and extremely easy to get on with. First class service!

Dominic made the experience great! He didn’t rush us in the process, spent time explaining the phones, plans, and promotions. The only downside was the wait beforehand, which was about 6 hrs, but thankfully they had a virtual lineup making it fair and more efficient.

I went today to check out the boxing week deals. I joined the online queue, went home and came back as my position in the queue was approaching. Yes! There is a long wait but it is totally worth the wait. Deals on phones and plans were amazing and the customer service experience was superb! Azhan assisted me today and made the process smooth, explaining every detail and making sure I could get the best offers available. Very knowledgeable team and enthusiastic even at the end of the day! I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends!

Definitely a good experience and largely because Abdul really took the time to listen to my needs and find the best possible deal. He really helped with what I needed and not with something I didn't. His knowledge and passion about phones was quite evident.Okay, acknowledging that this place is insanely busy and the automated line/queue is painful and poorly run - once you get to the customer assistance team guys like Abdul really make the wait worth it.I can imagine it's challenging for the team to remain positive through the negatives a busy store brings and commend them for focusing on the customer in front of them.Definitely recommend this great advantage of Costco - and specifically because of the help I received.

Extremely dissatisfied with my experience at this location. After joining the virtual line, was sent a text to return to the kiosk because I was second in line. This text was misleading"

Waited almost 1 hour to be seen. One staff member on duty. He was knowledgeable and helpful but it is terrible that he was put in this position. Many people came and left during the hour I stood waiting to be served. This shouldn't happen.

Joey and Abdul very helpful.However Rogers as a provider has too many hoops to jump through when trying to upgrade. Preferred plans should be easier to setup.
