Derek and his team at Adera are amazing! They were able to develop a versatile and user-friendly home automation system that included our lights, media, security, heat and much more. Installation and support was professional and a truly positive experience. No matter what crazy ideas my husband throws at them, they are able to meet the challenge.

Derek and his team at Adera installed a GLAN system in our new home that controls all of our audio and video throughout the house. The system is great, but the after service has been superb. Whenever we've had issues with our system Adera has answered email inquiries within hours and either finds a solution over phone/email or makes a personal visit to ensure we are up and running in no time. Would definitely recommend Adera to friends and family for a great overall experience.

Derek and everyone from Adera have been fantastic! They just spent the last 12 months or so helping us through the design and install of some home a/v and automation components. We recently purchased a home and took everything back to the studs. It was difficult to decide who to work with and what features we wanted in a large reno we were undertaking. Home automation was something new to me at the time, but I must say choosing to go with Adera Technologies was undoubtedly a great decision. Absolutely outstanding experience from Derek, Jason and the boys. They are super knowledgeable, professional and efficient. They were always there to answer any questions and to work with us to get the right equipment in our home. We are fully happy with our system. Great job guys!We were fortunate enough to work with Adera form the rough in phase of our new build. They installed an Elan whole house 9 zone audio, a 5 zone video distribution with plans for expansion to 7 and a dedicated theatre setup, a full security system with video, door locks and connected camera door bell. They also installed blinds in our whole house which includes both manual and automated applications. System was very complicated and yet works flawlessly

We just completed a basement renovation which included a home gym and media room. Working with Derek was very easy. He is a no pressure guy who will answer your questions and is up front with cost options. The theatre installation is amazing. We decided, instead of upgrading our old speakers, to have acoustic panels installed and we are not disappointed. Derek and his team made everything look and sound great. The screen and projector Derek recommended for ambient light situations is stunning to watch. There were times we doubted our decision to have such a room in our house but after watching hockey, movies and listening to music we have no regrets and may be having a lot of guests popping over regularly in the near future! We were also hesitant about installing the Elan system but it is easy to use and has integrated the home gym tv, theatre and upstairs family room systems. We have no hesitation recommending Adera for all your home automation/theatre needs.
