Absolutely amazing experience with Abi in the Exeter Wed2B store!She made me and my bridesmaids feel right at home. Talked us through the store, dresses and the experience.She is exceptionally knowledgeable about the dresses, styles, works hard to understand you , your style, wedding theme and how to help you find “the dress”! Along with being Super friendly and helpful!!Thank you Abi!!!!! X

Nice experience, unfortunately there wasn’t many dresses to try on when I attended on a Sunday. Was told deliveries are generally a Wednesday so you may get a lot more choice during the week. If you’re looking for reasonably priced dresses then this may be good for you!

First shop I went into and the 2nd dress I tried was my dream dress. Thank you to an amazing assistant Yana, she was so accommodating she has taste and style she was able to recommend and complete my full look. If it wasn't for her I might of debating in getting the dress. She has outstanding customer service skill she listen to me, and was able to give me time to ensure that I was 100% happy with my dress. I like the thought of the style the Wed 2 be set up, however not sure on a chance to only try 4 dresses and wait for your turn after because that could take another 2+ hours depending how busy the shop is.

I visited Wed2b Exeter today and also briefly last week. The staff were all excellent. They knew what would suit me and weren't pushy to buy anything. I felt at ease and special. Thanks to Alice who helped me in and out of the dresses!

The in-store experience was very pleasant, staff-friendly. However, upon leaving the store, the straps had been missed when my dress and accessories had been packed so after a phone call from the store advising us that they had missed them we had to go back to collect. Fast-forward, I handed my dress over to a mum of a friend for alterations and the £50 shoulder straps were missing one of the poppers required to fix to the dress. Phoned the store to request a popper be sent out only to be advised that they do not have one to spare. Although I can appreciate this is a minor issue and another popper can be purchased, I cant help think on an order just shy of £1K WED2B could have been more helpful.

I went to this shop yesterday and found the service really unwelcoming and unfriendly, the assistant that was helping me asked me my size and then LOOKED me up and down and told me that a dress in my size would not fit me ‘it was too tiny’ but it’s okay as she will make me ‘look skinny’ I am a size 6-8? Granted I was wearing a baggy jumper but you should NEVER assume this AFTER asking me my size. Wouldn’t let me try the dress, proceeded to try on dresses and they were all very pretty but I couldn’t shake the feeling.To hear this as someone who has previously had an eating disorder this completely turned an exciting experience into a uncomfortable one where I felt so insecure. She didn’t tell me I looked nice in any of the dresses she just said that the dress was limited edition and I needed to buy it today. Another sales assistant actually complimented me.Continued to keep telling me she would make me look slim. Basically didn’t talk to me the entire time we were trying on dresses. I just wanted to get out of there as soon as possible.The only redeeming factor was that the dressers were very affordable but I left with nothing but a big dent in my confidence. Very poor people skills and really made the experience which is supposed to be special a sad one. This has really made me not want to go into another wedding dress shop.

Visited yesterday to support a friend to try on wedding dresses. Sales assistant asked for my friend’s sizes. We both admired a lovely dress, which was her size, but the sales assistant point blank refused to let her try it on, saying it was ‘far too tiny’. Myself and my friend were confident it would fit and told her this, but she still refused. Sales assistant throughout told my very slim (size 6-8) friend that she would find a dress that would ‘make her look skinnier/slim’ which is absolute madness and can have such a bad effect on somebody’s self esteem at such an important time in their life. Sales assistant complimented the dresses themselves rather than how her client looked in them. Barely spoke to my friend at all so made changing uncomfortable. Very pushy and took no notice of my friend’s preferences at all. My friend left feeling insecure and pessimistic about shopping for dresses in the future. She has been so excited planning her big day and to see the effect this experience has had on her is absolutely heartbreaking.

Both my daughters have got their dresses for their big days from Wed2b five years apart. A lovely warm, helpful and relaxed atmosphere. On Saturday it did become a very busy day but the bride to be, Mother and future mother-in-law were given all the individual time and care needed to make the choice that took hold of the heartI would like to make a special mention to Yana ( please excuse spelling of name ) who assisted in the final round of dresses. She was absolutely lovely and so good for sales too as bride ended up with more than the dress in accessories . No pressure she just knew how to make a gorgeous dress 'sing' even more.

Popped into Wed2B on a recommendation from a friend. It was easy to find and was amazed at the space and the selection of dresses to choose from. Plenty of comfy sofas for the viewers to sit on and most importantly BIG mirrors!We were greeted with a warm welcome and you can tell the ladies that work here know their stuff.I am marrying low key small and intimate and I have not left myself much time to find a dress… literally a month! It was made clear from the beginning about alterations needed and the time it takes, but that it was doable with off the rail purchases and their recommendations of local dress seamstresses. So reassuring to know!Next, on to the lovely sales assistant ‘Alice’. She was so personable and full of knowledge on the dresses I tried on. She knew what I felt comfortable in and reassured me in my quest to find the right style that suited me most. I felt totally at ease with her and I believe she is a huge asset to Wed2B.Thankyou for such an amazing experience and I will be in touch !

Visited today and I am so disappointed with the service I received. When giving my size, the assistant looked me up and down and gave me a disgusting look.I explained specifically what I was looking for, having tried on several dresses before I knew what I wanted. She wasn't listening at all and kept bringing me dresses that were nothing like I requested.The assistant then complained about me as I wasn't prepared to try any dresses on. We were told not to look at dresses in my size and it was a pretty awful experience.I then was passed to a lady who was more helpful but the whole experience had put me off.There wasn't much selection of dresses at all either!
