Tammy is an amazing nail artist. A true talent and excellent company. Hair stylists have a wide skill set, willing and able to excel at all times. A gem salon in our town.

Terrible customer service. The girl who took my appointment wrote the wrong thing down despite repeating it back to me correctly. This in turn gave the stylist not enough time to do what I asked for. And she had to rush through my appointment because she had another appointment after mine (which she was very vocal about). She told me she couldn't style my hair because she didn't have time and gave me a $7 discount...

They randomly close up shop for an entire day, despite it being listed as open on their FB page and Google. I came in for hair & nails but everything was locked up with a sign saying they decided to close today due to staffing issues". (July 21

Michelle my hair stylist did an awesome job on my cut and color. The front desk staff were warm and welcoming and the atmosphere in the entire shop was very friendly.
