Excellent craft store with all the supplies a person could ever want. I like the picture frames, and all the different kinds of pens, pencils, and drawing supplies. The kids like the Fimo section, the wooden craft kits and the activity books. I definitely recommend it to anyone looking for big box" supplies and services."

I visited Michael's in Prince George twice this month and therefore was able to redeem discounts for paint purchase on my second visit. The benefits of going twice for major purchases are many, the prices being quite special make acquiring art supplies more affordable, and I received up to 30% off on some items. I would have liked the larger liquitex container of glass paint medium, however I will explore ordering that and more supplies in the future. As a Google Guide expert photographer, you will begin to see some of my favorite landscape photos that appear on my travels turned into paintings with my paints. I can count on Michael's to keep me consistently in the loop on savings via my email info. And last but not least I have enjoyed my personal Michael's discounts ready for me from any store on my travels around BC! Thank you Michael's !

My wife shops here more than me but I have personally noticed that every item i buy never applies for the discount coupons. Whats the deal? Food store though and good service

Would have gave 5 stars but customer service tried to tell me they didn't have my item. Then I found it myself. Only place that sells it too.

A bit expensive, but always has tons of cool crafts and decorations! It has been very helpful with my DIY wedding projects.

It's weird how you get emails about sales/promos/deals, and then when you go into the store, even if you give them your e-mail address or phone number the sales aren't applied unless you actually ask for it. I don't mean the BOGO deals, or the everyday value sales, I mean the sales that they advertise in emails about, and the coupons they issue. If you have an email, shouldn't the sale price automatically be applied without us having to ensure that the cashiers are paying attention? So I have an email account with you, I get the coupons and the notices about the sales, but then the cashier doesn't scan anything actually on sale unless I correct and show them the emails. You have to literally check all of your receipts to make sure that they got the right price, and more times than not, I've had to ask them to honour the sale. If I had not asked, they would have gladly overcharged. This seems shady and wrong of a business. It's not worth it anymore to shop here. I was always happy to visit Michaels, but it's getting more and more expensive, the sales aren't worth it, and the staff aren't overly helpful/knowledgeable about sales/deals/promos, and frankly the quality of merchandise has gone downhill. Since COVID, it seems that prices have gone up, quality has gone down, and deals are a thing of murky confusion. Always check the receipt, because chances are, you're being overcharged for something. I'll be sticking with Home Hart Essentials from now on.

A good place to find crafting and art supplies. There is something for everyone from the novice to the experienced. Some stuff can be expensive. Don't let that dissuade you from coming though as there are many deals in store that can't be missed.

I walked into Michael’s thinking I was going to have a splendid experience. I WAS WRONG! The new manager Michele was no only rude to me and was clearly inexperienced, but I witnessed him being blatantly disrespectful to his employees who were clearly doing their best. I felt so bad for the sales associates and they all looked overwhelmed.
