I hadn’t been to this nail spa before and I’m glad I took a chance. Walk in appointment and they were extremely happy to help, toes and nails done and they look fabulous, I’ll definitely be back. Thanks again

I love it. The shop is lovely, staff are also friendly.

The women who done my nails was not nice or patient although the women who was doing my friends nails was very kind. The women who done mine did not ask if I wanted my original nails cut before applying acrylics and started cutting them off and I was devistated because I have long natural nails which I love but thought I would treat myself to get acrylics for the first time which was a big mistake, she didn't even file my nails after she had cut them just started sticking the acrylic on them,then she started getting annoyed and angry at me for picking a different colour and i felt humiliated and overwhelmed infront of other people. I thought I would trust the process but I ended up with clubbed nails and had bleeding all over my nails and cuticles from the electric nail file, after I got home I just wanted them off because they did not look nice at all and did not get what I wanted even after showing her pictures of the nails I wanted and now I am left with ragged short nails and a completely ruined nail bed which hurts alot. I'm left out of alot of money, bad nails which will take months to fully heal and so extremely humiliated I wish I had never gone which is sad because so many people have had good nails from this place.

I love their nails designs and their naisl salon atmostphere. Been here for the first time and will definitely come back for more.
