I didn't feel the need to get my driver's permit until I was almost 50 yrs old, and the first time I went to the DMV I didn't know what to expect nor did I have any of the necessary identification; however, the staff told me what I needed to do and how to go about obtaining the correct documents. The entire process took over two years, but the staff at the DMV were accommodating and efficient during that entire time. I am truly thankful for all the help and support they provided to me, and I feel blessed to be able to enjoy the freedom that comes with being able to drive.

Very bad service no manner I asked to speak to supervise told they have meeting just set down only 2 windows working out of 9 line outside and inside full of people !!!.

Parking is super confusing. Long wait. The main concern is that instead of taking a number and sitting down to wait, you have to stand in line. It only occurred to me because there were several senior citizens who had to stand for at least 30 minutes.
