Maritime Travel's Halifax office mixed up the date for myself and a group of 17 other students on a trip to New York which we had fundraised for. Their mistake cost our group an additional $2700 to change our flights to the correct date (which we had given them in the first place).

Maritime travel charged my class to NY an extra $2700 for tickets because they booked the wrong dates. Then they blamed my prof for making the mistake and would not give us any discount. They also charged me $500 more than quoted on a trip to Vietnam and booked my flights so close together that I almost missed two separate connecting flights. I have only had poor experiences with this business.Dirty, dirty service.
