I generally don't like to review chain/franchise places, but this Starbucks deserves the praise. This place has the friendliest staff and handles busy rushes with grace and kindness. So glad to have found this space!!

On May 9, 2023, at 8:22 AM, I was very disappointed with my experience. I have been coming to this Starbucks consistently over the past few months and this is the worst service I have ever gotten. I had bought a reusable cup and I asked for it to be rinsed out, but the worker, with a lot of attitude, told me that it was not allowed. I have bought many cups before, and workers have never had an issue rinsing them out. Also, my drink was made incorrectly, I had asked for almond milk and gotten 2%. The worker making the drinks had a lot of attitude and was very unprofessional. I have never had any issues with this Starbucks before. I am very annoyed.

They have a wonderful staff that are friendly and fast at making your drink. I work across the street and order through the app and by the time I exit my building and get across the street my drink is always ready! Keep up the great work guys !

I genuinely don’t know how every single staff member can be so kind and genuine but that’s the case at this location.Every time I come here, no matter how early or busy the Starbucks gets, the baristas are friendly and personable. Every staff member always goes above and beyond to make my experience a positive one. It’s the little things; remembering the customers’ names or asking them about their day that really created a sense of community that is so appreciated.Honestly, I stayed at my job as long as I have only so I can get my coffee here every morning on my way to work… that’s how good the service is.Give them a raise already please and thank you! ☕️

Great location. It can get a little busy at times. The service of staff is incredible. They're all just very great at understanding how particular orders can be LOL they should bring back the seating. There's still people who just want to be part of the neighborhood and hang out for 5 minutes or 20 minutes.

Update March 27, 2023This location has to be the most efficient location in all of Toronto. The staff are super and the manager really has a handle on the things. The staff always seem happy. Today, they were having an issue with mobile orders but we're quick to fix the issue and handed me my drink with a smile. Great job!This location is SUPER efficient and organized when doing mobile orders. Hands down favourite Starbucks for mobile. The staff are always very friendly and greet you as you walk in and leave. Since COVID, the location has not gone back to indoor seating, but during the summer months does have outdoor seating. The location is mobility accessible.

I recently visited the Starbucks on the corner of Queen and John with my family, including my 9-month-old daughter and 11-year-old daughter, and was extremely disappointed with my experience.Upon entering the store, we were shocked to see a woman injecting herself with drugs right inside the coffee shop. To our horror, none of the Starbucks employees asked her to leave, and she was eventually bleeding while injecting herself. It was a disturbing sight that made my family and me feel uncomfortable and unsafe. I don't understand how Starbucks can charge such high prices for their products without ensuring a safe and family-friendly environment.Additionally, this location never has functional washrooms, which is unacceptable for a business that charges premium prices for its products.Overall, I am deeply disappointed in the level of customer service and lack of consideration for the safety and comfort of their customers, especially children. I will not be returning to this location or any other Starbucks branch until they can provide a safe and family-friendly environment for their customers.I hope Starbucks takes the necessary steps to improve the safety and hygiene of their stores and ensure that their employees are attentive and considerate towards their customers.

The staff is amazing. I asked for a warm danish and they delivered exactly that. They don’t fuss if I wanted a different drink and I didn’t like me order. Kent, the barista giving out the orders was super energetic and lively! He deserves a raise!

I hauled a morning coffee during the morning commute. When your looking for Starbucks to fulfill your crazy 5am commute needs, you can't go wrong with the average visit and I do dig some of the blends they offer, slightly underrated and do make yummy drinks.Solid blonde roast Americano to start the day and overall a good visit. This joint being open so early is the only place in the area to do so and awesome for my early office runs.The server was a super nice lady, really friendly staff and I really dig this location as it does a lot to show supportive effort for the LBGTQ community and local businesses. All the staff are so incredible and made my morning.A knockout and delicious blonde roast Americano made by incredibly talented staff!

The staff here are absolutely wonderful!! The cheerful stickers on the coffee cups really brighten my day and I found this location is incredibly helpful and friendly with remaking drinks if you are not satisfied with your coffee. Though all the staff has been really wonderful and happy, one staff member named Timmy really has stood out to me and made me feel so welcomed each time I picked up my coffee. This location may not have bathrooms and have some questionable downtown addicts here and there but still remains my favorite location in Toronto due to the wonderful baristas!!
