Penske Truck Rental

Could not recommend this service enough. They practically saved my marriage! When I was kicked to the curb by those scumbags at Uhaul, my wife took me for a loser and almost left me. She was so disappointed with my ability to secure a moving vehicle and began questioning my ability as a father. But with just one phone call to Penske, my life is no longer in shambles. They took my phone call on short notice and rented me a truck the day of my move. Now my children aren’t homeless. When Uhaul does you dirty, call Penske to rent a 30, footer that is. Thanks Penske!! I owe you big time

Penske was absolutely great to deal with. I booked my 16ft truck through Fouaad (front desk guy) and he was great. I just returned the truck this morning and will be using Penske the next time I need to rent a cube van. The prices were reasonable and they allowed me to rent the truck for 3 days unlike other rental companies. Thanks again fouaad and Penske for the great service!!!Shane

I just wanted to express my gratitude to the great staff at Penske. Fouaad helped us several times and he is amazing.They offer reliable and clean vehicles, including small cube vans, Large 26 foot trucks, single & tandem axle tractors and 53 foot trailers.Friendly & quick service.Highly recommend! They deserve 7 stars.

I rented a 26' truck from here for a move, truck ran great no issues, guy at the desk seemed pretty nice. Only issue was lack of communication about optional protection" plan that I noticed I was charged for later. It turns out that it is not optional and you have to purchase it and I was not told about it at all

They seem a bit unorganized but the people are nice enough to deal with. Service side is questionable. They couldn't figure out why the trouble lights were on multiple times. Not great, not terrible.

Was an excellent customer service at the rental department and an amazing representative Shan who helped me with very friendly and professional manner i highly recommend dealing with the company .walking in with smile leaving very satisfied

Fast and reliable service: I was moving houses and called Penske to rent a truck, unfortunately they were all booked for that weekend but the guy at the front desk was super nice and apologetic. The next day (I was still trying to figure out how to move) the guy at the front desk called me back and let me know of someone who had cancelled their reservation and I was able to book the truck. Amazing service, 10/10 would recommend!

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE DO NOT USE THEM UNLESS YOU WANT STRESS AND YOUR CREDIT CARD CHARGED WITHOUT KNOWLEDGE!!! All employees That I had the opportunity of encountering are extremely rude (Michelle & Derek). I had to extend my rental as I was pregnant and falling asleep on the road and for safety purposes could not continue to drive and I kept in contact with them the entire time, YET I was told I was DECEPTIVE. Then they tried to charge me per 8 hours not per day AFTER I already rented the vehicle and when I called them out on them not being allowed to do so, that my paperwork said per day the story conveniently happenend to switch and then they tried to charge me more per day......after all this they refused to provide me with the business license number in person themselves as I told them I was complaining to the better business bureau, They instead provided me a 1800 number that when called is Penske reservation line in the US? Long story short this number had no access to there license number, but the women was very helpful apologized for there behaviour and has refunded my money. SAVE YOURSELF STRESS DONT USE THIS PENSKE LOCATION.

DO NOT EVER GO HERE. Had a horrible experience also with these guys. Fouad at the front desk is as rude as they come. Not only will he always talk over you whenever you have a concern or problem. He’ll sneak charges onto you employees cards 6 months down the road with not a single phone call or email. They have both. Fouad is a sneaky rat.Go to any other rental company. Save yourself the stress.
