Have been phoning everyday for weeks. Every single time I get a message saying they are busy and to call back later. I cannot apply for anything or access my account until I get through. No help for Canadian Tax Payers. Beyond frustrating trying to deal with the CRA.

Can't logon to the website using Service Canada (for whatever screwed up reason); can't logon to my RC account because the website was asking security questions that I didn't even sign up for; tried phoning and had to enter my SIN each time only to be told there is no room in the queue, tried re-registering for online services -- 2 weeks later and I'm still waiting for a security code to be mailed. Really good service -- NOT!

Absolutely impossible to talk with them. I waited on line for 1 hour, then transferred to the correct department to be on hold for 1 ½ hours. Impossible for the average person who works full time!!!Terrible service!!! If I could give a 0 stars, I would!!!

Update the details that you requested to have on my account. We shouldn’t have to suffer financially due to your negligence. We have contacted CRA multiple times and each agent says the issue will be dealt with immediately. Managers have been notified by agents as well and nothing has changed. Poor service.

I'd give negative stars if I could. Almost every time I call, no one ever listens to what I need. They always interject and ask questions that they would get the answers too, if they listened first to the entire story of information. Sadly this will probably never change, so this is a warning for anyone ever calling, any call you make will take twice as long as it should because the staff hired are not people who do well with listening or taking notes.

Completely disjointed organization from top to bottom. Incredibly difficult and arduous process to acces personal information. Slow response times.

Cannot reach any of real person through phone. Cannot register CRA accounts because of first time NOA submitted a few months ago so no tax information for registration. Only received one of mails and there is no enough information for me to register an account. Another one, didn’t even receive a mail. I don’t know if NOA has been received or processed. Don’t know what to do.

phone help line is almost impossible to access. Wait times of up to at least 2 hours are unacceptable. Do better CRA!!

I owe money for taxes and the statement said call us if you can't pay the full amount at onceI tried calling for a whole week with no luckIt wasn't an enjoyable experienceI just began paying what i could each paycheck
