Unexpected reno on a rental property, and given the current climate of supply issues and rising prices, it was great that Kostick was ready and reliable. From initial phone call to job completion took 5 days, as Mike keeps a close eye on schedule and could squeeze me in during a slight delay on another job. Mike's team was professional and efficient. Would be happy to retain their services again.

A good source of used building materials, John is great to deal with. Couldn't do 4 stars as some of their storage areas are not waterproof, some reclaimed wood flooring was wet and now warped.

Amazing!!These guys are top notch. We just used them on a project, and it was nothing short of a stellar outcome.They were quick to answer the phone, knowledgeable about their work, and left our site nice and clean at the end.We had them demo an entire house, excavate for an addition, remove a foundation wall, cut concrete, and do some interior hand demolition, and they nailed every part of it.I highly recommend them for your next project!

John, Mike and the team have done many demolition projects for us over the years from full tear down and clean up jobs to very detailed surgeries with precise removal of interior and exterior elements to prepare for renovations.They are always organized, courteous, careful and follow health and safety regulations.
