Vernon City Nails

Worst experience ever. Have been getting my nails for 15+ years the lack of respect and professionalism was outrageous. Not recommended. Immediately did not want our business. My friend had the exact same nail gel as me and they at first turned her away and said could not do it. Once we said please try. They complained the whole time. We normally have the same nail lady and get the same service they ended up charging 15 more dollars for removal. Left shaking our heads at the lack of service and poor quality

I always get nervous to have someone do my nails, but had my first appointment here and was so happy with the outcome. I saw a girl named Q" - she had great attention to detail and really listened to what I wanted. Tons of color selections and friendly staff."

We recently relocated to Vernon and haven’t gotten our nails done since being here. Yesterday we went here and it was 10/10 great experience. My daughter got gel polish and a pedicure. She was smiling the whole pedicure she said it was the best she has ever had! My nails turned out beautiful. They got us in one fairly short notice. We will definitely be back!

Horrible service and super unprofessional staff owners. I called for availability for a nail fill. The man basically pressured me to pick a colour as soon as I opened the door I felt very uncomfortable. I asked if they do dip powder (I am new to Vernon I don’t have a nail salon yet), he proceeded to tell me no they don’t. Twice for some reason. He didn’t ask me to sit down. He wasn’t polite at all. He started giving me direction to another nail salon that has dip powder, I asked him “your telling me to go?” He responded saying “we don’t have time to wait for you to pick a colour we have people coming in.” Ok why aren’t you filing my nails while I pick a colour. Any set of nails I showed him he said he couldn’t do. I simply got up and walked out without a word. Do better!

The staff here is always so nice! Enjoy coming here! And my nails always look amazing!

Worst experience I’ve ever had. Had a Shellac mani/pedi done a week ago. Manicure chipped the next day. The lady working on my nails was very rough. My cuticles were bleeding And fingers hurt when i left. Not recommended!!

This is the only place in town ill go to (ive tried them all) , no one else in town can cut and paint my nails as short and as clean as Qui. (I like to get french manicures on my real nail) i can get my nails painted once a month and it lasts the whole time and looks so good. This place gives hot rock leg massages with your pedicure, & they have brand new massages chairs. Its also owned by a very cute little family, deffs my fav spot in town

I love this place. Wonderful owners that work very hard and do my gel nails to perfection. I especially like the gentleman, he is a true artist and my nails are perfect every time! Having OCD, this really matters to me… :)
