I had a prenatal massage with Jessica D. and it was wonderful. I haven’t been this mobile in months! I was finally able to nap today without pain. I haven’t slept in weeks so I really wish I had done this sooner. The office is very clean, relaxing, and smells wonderful. I really enjoyed my experience and definitely will come back again.

I have been visiting Anna Belanger & Assoc for a number of years - despite moving away from the neighbourhood, I continue to go back there as I have had nothing but positive experiences. Most recently I have been seeing Serah Rounds-Zavitz, who is absolutely fantastic. She is attentive and thorough, always checking it to make sure that she is addressing my needs and that I’m comfortable. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her or any over the other very talented staff.

Anna is absolutely amazing. As soon as I got into her massage parlour at her Beechwood location, I felt at home and very welcomed. She is incredibly kind and respectful. I highly recommend her. She exceeded my expectations and it was a calm and relaxing environment. She made sure to clarify that if I felt uncomfortable at anytime to let her know, but I had no issues. Considering her quality of work and bubbly personality, I will be going back, without doubt.

This was the best massage experience I have ever had. I am 35 weeks pregnant with my first and I didn’t know what to expect. Natalie was so professional, and her technique was flawless. At the beginning and all throughout she took the time to make sure I was comfortable. I did the side lying position and I completely dissolved into the experience. I cannot rate this place highly enough. The direct booking through my insurance company was also a huge bonus. I will definitely be rebooking. Thank you so much Natalie ❤️

Serah Rounds-Zavitz has been my massage therapist for several years now, since before the COVID pandemic. Simply put, she is an excellent therapist, expertly managing my chronic posture-induced muscle tension and range of motion issues. In order to achieve wellness, I believe that both the therapist and client have work to do, and Serah patiently reminds or offers advice re: stretches that I should work on between visits. While I am quite sure that she could find trouble spots without my input, and I trust her skills completely, she routinely asks for my input before every treatment. Serah is always professional with the added bonus of a very friendly demeanour, and has chosen to offer her services in this top-notch clinic that is always clean with a relaxing atmosphere. Protective measures adhered to at the clinic throughout the pandemic made me feel comfortable going there for my own healthcare while also trying my best to keep my vulnerable grandchildren and elderly parents safe. Highly recommended.

I have been going here for close to 7 years and have never once been disappointed. Today's massage with Natalie was above and beyond. She took the time to address my needs and was more attentive in figuring out the root cause of my pain than any other therapist ever has. 100% recommend!
