I had the worst experience here today. Murray was not happy with me for not printing my own prepared taxes and that they had print them!! They used to. The tension in there got so thick I felt sick and to top it off... He tried to charge me twice as much as last year! What a stellar place to go!

The accountant I worked with for years left this company and my information was passed off to someone new. They had no idea how to do taxes of my industry's nature, offered no suggestions or insight to prepare for the next year, refused to claim certain expenses pertaining to my business income, and to top it off they also tried to charge double what my prior fees had been. When they broke down what I owed for that year, the total provided to me was over $1,000 more than what I actually owed on my taxes - very unfortunate. Would not recommend to anyone with anything over basic income tax with a single T4.
