Clean rooms, spacious.Included breakfast buffet, however no wafflesSome of the surrounding area is not the most ideal.Near grocery store if you want to stack your fridge or cook something up.

Really dirty rooms. There are cobwebs in corners and there was a hair on the ground. It obviously had not been cleaned properly in quite some time. The bed also is not very comfortable and I felt was a bit small. Did not expect this from a Hilton hotel as my experience in the past has been much better

Great location if you are staying in Calgary for over a week. The rooms are clean and spacious coming with a small kitchenette. The location is very accessible to the major highways and in walking distance to DT. The hotels shares amenities with the other collocated Hilton hotel. The only opportunity here is the breakfast; it’s basic and can become repetitive.

Great staff, facilities and the suites are top notch and clean. Went for a swim in the pool which was brilliant. Tiffany and the rest of all the team were fantastic to deal with. Highly recommend this hotel.

Friendly staff and clean. My only comment is that the pillows had hair on it which might have stuck to it even after washing them but that didnt look OK.

Awesome experience for my 20 days stay at Homewood suites, would love to go back again. The front desk staff ( Rhea, Lana, Esther and Daniel) provided best in class service. Had a wonderful experience.

I've been here for six weeks now. The hallways have never been vacuumed during the time I was here. Housekeeping for some reason also hasn't vacuumed my room during my entire stay even though they have been in my room numerous times.The location is attrocious. It's right beside the DI center as well as other faculties for displaced persons. I don't feel safe when I go out on the streets especially after dark, I was attacked twice by someone trying to steal my dog and there are people openly using drugs in the areas around the hotel.The hotel is dog friendly but they don't have a secure courtyard to relieve the poor guy so we have to walk the streets to find a place.I witnessed an overdose death from my hotel window. I know these aren't the fault of the hotel, but I wouldn't reccomend someone stay here if they want to feel safe or enjoy the city.The hotel itself is fine. The rooms are dated and the tv is in a completely useless location, a simple wall mount would fix the problem pretty easily. The bed is quite uncomfortable and the comforter looks like it used to be a window covering and is not warm or insulating at all. The room I'm staying in has cobwebs in the corners of the rooms and clearly hasn't been deep cleaned in a very long time. Breakfast is included but very average at best.The one saving grace is the staff are exceptionally friendly and the secure underground parking is nice, but you have to pay quite a lot per night for the privilege on top of your room fee.If you value your safety don't stay here.

Nice hotel location. Rooms AC was blowing hot air and when I called down the front desk said there was nothing they could do and hung up on me. Brought it up at check out and they brushed it off. Needs some work on customer service. Good location for the stampede, if you don't mind all the urban campers.

There is a huge concern of Security in this hotel. There is an incident happened where one of my co-worker (staying in the same hotel) got her laptop stolen from the room (while she was away) and there were no cameras on any of the floor except Ground floor. What comes after the investigation is that only one Housekeeping staff other than the guest entered the room and thats it there is no investogation after that. I understand that since there is no camera we cannot blindly blame any person but what about the expensive items kept in the room..who will be responsible for that if missing. And top of that, there is a Hotel policy that if Housekeeping staff cleaning the room, guest have to step outside the room (this is the first time i am hearing this policy). but then as per the policy guest will be responsible for his stuff. Again i understand that this might be because of chemical spray or something......but them hotel also have to understand from our perspective.......Alas which was missing!
