Top Gun Burger

Had a really bad experience. Everything was visibly stale, soggy and refried. The patties were cold and smelled really bad as well. The burger was falling apart. We complained about the food but were told that making fresh ones would take too long. We were not given any refund as well. We left without eating anything.

the food was freshly prepared & the portions were perfect! I got the B52 steak sub, chicken Tornado combo & Wildcat! we found that the steak & chicken needed more seasoning. Also, please invest in some malt vinegar for the delicious fries - it goes a long way

I've tried the other locations so I didn't think the food could be bad. I ordered the Hellcat burger and my friend ordered the cheerful steak sandwich. The burger was good but the sandwich was so big it made it nearly impossible to eat together. Once my friend picked up the sandwich, it just all fell apart.. There was no sandwich. They had to rip the bun apart piece by piece and eat it with the toppings. We are never going to order the sandwiches again..

So my friend and I went to top gun to break our fast for ramadan, we ordered our food at 8:07 and wait 1 hour to get our food when we asked for a refund because we lost our appetite they told us that everyone ordered at the same time causing a delay but there was only 4 tables dining in. The entire store was empty we would understand if it was busy but it wasn’t even busy. The food went it finally came out was soggy and cold. The burger just falls apart. Definitely not going back and do not recommend if your going there for iftar. Food costed 20$ for a combo

Ordered the invader (triple with 2 grilled cheese buns and cheese between each patty) and my friend got the avenger.We were both extremely disappointed.The cook was very nice and polite but clearly had 0 training.I got a triple hamburger, no grilled cheese, only 1 slice on the patty's... i would not pay $22+tax for that.I asked for a refund he said no... then said he'd make 2 grill cheeses for me (seemed reasonable).What he brought out was 1 toasted hamburger bun with cheese in between it (i didn't feel like spending the time again to explain what a grilled cheese is) it was alright at this point.My friend took a bite of his avenger... both patty's were pink and cold inside! He was able to return his and we left.. save your money don't go here.Wish i could tag a picture to show what i got...

We picked the place because seeing good review. But I wish i can give rating in Minus. Everything was okay till last year but this time would be the Last time.First of all they got rid of the old menu that was pasted on the side walls.Now talk about burnt fries, I wish I should take pictures before throwing them.Chicken in the burger was so hard and tasteless.We wouldn’t recommend this place/burgers to others and for sure won’t need to go back.

Shoutout to the Top Gun staff member who was working alone, while there was 10 people in the store. Before he placed my order, he let me know it would take 15 minutes and asked if it was okay. I stepped out, came back and he said he needed a few more minutes. I said no worries, he was pleasant, friendly and did a superb job making my meal. I got the wild cat combo and honestly it was better than the one I have at Kensington market which was also delicious. The world needs more people like him

Felt robbed today.Used to be one of the best places for a burger. Not any more. Long wait times for cold food. Under portion fries.Half a steak sandwich. Had to ask the chef what happen to the quality and portions. No longer “Top Gun” they just “Gun” cause they robbing.

It was our first time trying Top Gun BurgerWe ordered the F-35 burger and the B-52 steak sandwich. Both were good, but I especially enjoyed the steak sandwich! The poutine was also pretty good.It was also a really big and spacious place. However, the issue was that the waiting time was a bit longer than expected. They seemed like they were understaffed.
