Jay and Karen are exceptional. Super knowledgeable in all the items they carry. Always such a positive environment every time we go in. And they spoil our fur babies so much our dogs just goes straight behind the counter.

Went in looking for an all-natural cat treat, stumbled on their “bulk” section, and found a rabbit’s foot. My cat is picky on what she eats and so I wasn’t sure if she’d like it. I attached it to her cat “fishing” toy and she loves playing with it, eventually nibbled at it. She usually chews the stuffing out of her toys, so I’m happy that this is “all natural” and don’t have to worry about her eating it.At the time of the review these rabbits foot was only $0.99 which is an awesome price for cat toys/treat. No packaging means better for the environment. Which I love! Thank you.Customer service is great! Staff were friendly and nice to talk to.I would give it 5 stars, but their cat section is on the smaller scale - mostly dog stuff. But if you’re a dog owner, it’s awesome. Great variety of healthy treats and quality pet food.They carry N&D which is a brand I used to feed my cat until she got picky and I switched to Acana.

Our favourite pet store! Our dogs love to come here and every time we walk past the store they insist that they need to go inside. Great selection with items that can be ordered in for you if it's not in stock. We know that everything there is high quality. They also have a very reasonable return policy if you have picky dogs!Karen and Jay are knowledgeable, friendly, and always have treats on hand to make sure your dogs love them more than they love you. They seem to know everyone who comes in.We always come here for anything our pets need. Both our dogs are proudly on the pet wall!

We absolutely love going to Bone & Biscuit for all things for our fur baby, Whiskey. Jay found the perfect food for our picky pup, and always greeted us with kindness, knowledge, and a great laugh. Even our vet referred us here to find the perfect food. It didn't stop there though, quality treats, bones, and a whole lot of fun toys and accessories. Whiskey RUNS to the door, and is sure a hard one to get to leave. We would never go anywhere else!

The first thing you will notice is this wall of cute dogs (and cats!). All this big family of animals are well known by the owners. It is not only a store but a growing family. They will even remember the names of each ones. Both the owners are superb human beings and will take time to listen to the needs of each. My dog store for life.

I have an elderly chihuahua that is fussy about everything! I found little treats I could put his medication into just fine. I am so happy to have found such a great local place with so many snacks and healthy alternatives for my fussy old boy. Who just loves his sweaters by the way!

Nicest and most knowledgeable owners. They take the time to help and listen to concerns. I also had to return food and there was no problem returning it. Highly recommend this place for all of your pet needs! They really deliver the best customer service and experience.

If your gps says its to far of a drive no matter where you are your gps is wrong.The owner and his employees (sorry didnt remember the names) are ALWAYS super caring full of advice and have a very wide range of products at affordable prices, we buy all of our raw here and always get recommendations of sales they are having and always gives us tips when we dont know what we need exactly even good knowledge on supplements for your dogs needs. The only pet store that you may learn something from coming into. Always support your local stores because they will go much much further for you and actually try to help you save on what we all know is expensive but we want whats best for our dogs health. TOSHI THE SHIBA APPROVED! (And they can be picky!)

This place is very good, owners are awesome and friendly to all and also very knowledgeable ! Highly recommend if your looking for anything animal related!
