The best laundry I've been to!! I've traveled from Scarborough, Ajax, and no other is as clean as this one. Some laundry mats charge extra for hot water and some have no hot water at all. My clothes are always clean when washed here because I have to use hot water. Great job guys!!

I went to get change for my laundry and the change machine took the majority of my money. No big deal. I just called the number on the building to call for some help. The man who answered chose to cuss me out and refuse to Repay what the machine had taken from me. I'm not talking about laundromat coins. The machine literally went out of order as my money was coming out and the majority was not returned to me.He refused to take my name and number and told me to go f myself. The place smells mouldy as all get out

This laundromat is actually very clean. The 2 Sunday’s I went wasn’t very crowded either. A large number of different size of washers available. Some marked as commercial washer with pre loaded soap which can wash 4 loads priced at 8.50.The only problem to me was how the clothes remained wet after the wash. It’s happened for all types of washer I used. Small medium and large. In turns it takes a lot of time to dry. So you would spend more money than you should.

Watch a lady call to report that the change machine was out of order and had taken the majority of the money and in return the owner decided to swear at her and refuse To take her information and then hung up on herThere's a help wanted sign out the store I would not suggest anybody to work there With that aggressive man. talk about abuse of management

Was cussed out by the owner After reporting that their change machine took the majority of my money. Very unprofessional. I tried to communicate and the man continuously swore at me and was very belligerent

I was shocked walking in to this laundry Matt. I haven't been here for year but coming back from holiday and finding my machine was broken I decided to visit the laundry. I walked in and stood for a few seconds. It was BIG. Lots of choices of washers and dryers. There were machines I could fit in. Just amazing. The music was amazing in the background. Definitely a Mercedes among laundry Matt's. 5 ☆☆☆☆☆.

Cost at least five dollars to do a load in dryer and could not add extra minutes. Change machine gave a mix of quarters and tokens that look alot like loonies. Cost myself twenty dollars for two loads of wash and dry.

Place was very clean. One $5 dryer didn't work. They offered to give me my money back but I just wanted dry clothes. There was a girl working at night who cleans the place immaculate, and she is nice and speaks to customers or leaves you alone if you don't want to talk. I was there alone at like 10pm and we chatted while she cleaned. It was nice. I would use again.

I have used this place a number of times, most recently to wash and dry my king size comforter. While I wouldn't use the ATM on site (be sure to bring cash or lots of quarters or loonies) the rest of the facility is clean. The staff on site were friendly and answered all my questions. There is laundry soap and fabric softener available for purchase but it's way more economical to bring your own.
