I visited this clinic years ago, but I'm writing this review now as a friend mentioned she was thinking of coming here. This place was well recommended at the time when I visited, but I did not get good value or treatment. I came here for multiple sessions (physiotherapy, massage etc) after a car accident. My physio sessions included me being on a tensor machine alone for half the time. That's terrible value and borderline unethical. I didn't realize it until I went elsewhere where the physiotherapist spent the entire appointment with me (not going back and forth between clients). I felt like HealthMax was more focused on having me come back repeatedly rather than actually helping me. Again, I didn't realize this until I went elsewhere and was given very customized exercises to do at home (not just a standard handout) and given a plan that involved tapering off visits as I got better. I hope this place has improved, but if you experience what I did, find somewhere else! There are other places that will give you better value and actually help you!

My family and I have been going here for years and we love it! From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with a warm, friendly, and courteous welcome from the staff. The chiropractor, Marco, is very professional and knowledgeable. During the sessions, he takes the time to listen and thoroughly explain the treatment plan, making sure I understand everything. His technique is effective and I felt immediate improvement in my mobility and pain levels. What sets Marco apart from other chiropractors I've seen is his attention to detail and his ability to remember important details from our previous appointments. It's clear that he genuinely cares about his patients' well-being and goes above and beyond to provide personalized care. The facilities at HealthMax were clean and well-maintained, and the atmosphere was relaxing and peaceful. Overall, I highly recommend HealthMax and Marco for anyone in need of chiropractic care. The quality of service, expertise, and environment make for an exceptional experience!

I highly recommend HealthMax Physio. Been to a few places in the past but the Thornhill location surpassed my expectations. The clinic is very clean, the staff are so friendly especially Dr. Curcio and his team are excellent in what they do. They have pinpointed the cause of my problem and treated it accordingly. Very pleased with the improvement I'm feeling right now. Do not bother going anywhere else. Thank you Dr.Curcio and team!

Note: I had to edit my review on March 21, 2023After my motorcycle accident I was referred to this clinic. It now has been 14 months of weekly visits and the physiotherapists Darwin and Toni and massage therapist Rose has provided me with great service. All the staff, chiropractors Dr Marco and Dr Cathy. , and receptionist Grace are very friendly, and very caring. I highly recommend this clinicMarch 21 ,2023…follow up to my review , I forgot (senior’s moment, plus 2 concussions), in the first 2 months of my visits, ( January/February, 2022)) I asked receptionist Grace to phone for a taxi van (using a walker then) to go home. ( it’s been 18 months, and my wife still has to drive me to and from all my medical appointments)Taxi man came into clinic plaza, but was parked at the wrong location, Grace came outside without her coat and hailed the taxi over to the clinic, But she then helped get my legs into the van and helped to close the sliding door!!! I think they call that “going the extra mile!” Thank you Grace.. for being such a sweetheart.

I have been coming to Healthmax Physio for over 7 years for back, neck & wrist pain. Dr. Marco and his team are excellent at what they do; very friendly and professional. They care deeply about the patients and want to truly help them heal. Grace and the ladies in the front are very welcoming and pleasant. DEFINITELY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Marco and the staff at this location (Thornhill) are absolutely wonderful. I highly recommend Marco to family, friends and strangers for any chiropractic needs. The entire process is enjoyable: consult, massage, muscle stimulation and chiropractic adjustment. Reception is also friendly, which is a nice bonus!

The entire staff is nice and helpful. Effective treatments were provided for tennis elbow, if you suffer the same, look for Dr. Marco the owner and Won who is a fantastic therapist in this location, you won’t be disappointed. There were times parking could get a little tensed, get there earlier to look for parking.
