I've come to Inspine Therapy for active rehabilitation to help me with a lower back injury. Justin at front desk helped me understand the various treatment options and Wesley Sura did a great job even from my very first visit I started feeling an improvement. Great facilities!

Kyle is a phenomenal therapist. I don't remember when was the last time my body felt released from so much tension and stress. He's got a powerful touch that will get to the deep tissue knots other hands just can't!The clinic has a convenient location and they also bill your insurance directly which is great. Very smooth and pleasant interaction with anyone at the clinic!

I think I got the best massage ever here. Daniel(Sunil) really knows his stuff and loosed up my back and calves. I had a tight back from paddling and his treatment really helped alot to loosen up my muscles. Also, the receptionist was really nice too!

Went to the port Moody location it's a very nice space, clean and calming. The receptionist was very friendly. Had an appointment with Dr. Makenzie Liska for a chiropractic session. She was very friendly and informative. I liked how she only did what I was comfortable with (the adjustments),which I was a bit iffy on but other wise decided to try. And I have noticed that my lower back feels a lot better today. Will go again!!

Amazing service by Justin at the front desk. Super friendly and welcoming. I also always enjoy coming in for massages by Ian and Doreen. I always leave feeling relaxed and my back pain feels better. I am always looking forward to the next massage.

I’m at the age where I need to work on strength and balance. Rose is brilliant - she understands how hard to push me, and she recognizes and targets my weaknesses. She explains the exercises clearly and reasons behind them. The sessions, while challenging, fly by. Who knew proper posture was so important? Thank you, Rose! Yes, I highly recommend Inspine Therapy.

10/10 would recommend. Front desk staff are incredibly warm, friendly and helpful. Therapists are also extremely knowledgable. Before coming in to see Matthew (physio) I could barely touch my toes after throwing out my back from snowboarding- with only one treatment, he helped me regain movement in my back. He was very thorough with assessment and because there were a lot of movements I couldn't do initially, he was very good about modifying exercises so that it wasn't painful for me.

Andy is a life saver! He has worked with me for months after my concussion and I couldn’t have been feeling more like myself now without him. He is so good at understanding what I need to be successful in my recovery. Highly recommend!
