Oil change and Wheel bearings. Great auto shop! Everyone is friendly and welcoming. Tyler was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain what was wrong with my car. This is a place that I trust to bring my car to.

My mom is a senior who was referred to Tyler's shop to get Ball joints and control arms on both sides of her 2009 Ford escape and 4 new tires put on and balanced. We said if he see's anything else , to please call us.Tyler the owner said nothing in regards to a large whole in the sub frame and said nothing about 2 stabilizer links broken. We took my mom's car to my mechanic who we have dealing with for years and can trust very much. They said Tyler should have addressed that situation before doing tires. We are thankful for Canadian tire bringing it to our attention in regards to hole in sub frame. We did not get them to do the work.He had the suv for a week and said it was good to go by the end of the 7 days. The next day my mom was excited to take it for a drive when the steering was pulling , so she decided to go get a wheel alignment. I made a appt. for her at the Canadian Tire In Alliston for the alignment and what a surprise we got. They couldn't do the alignment because they said she has a whole in her sub frame that needs to be fixed before doing a alignment. They said Tyler should have seen that hole when he put the control arm on. So needless to say my mom has spent over 1200 already with Tyler shop and now has to spend more money .I don't feel Tyler the owner is as good as he puts out to be. My mom will not be returning and a huge Thank-you to Canadian Tire in Alliston for noticing and making my mom aware of it.Also Tyler you are a liar , you said absolutely nothing to me or my mom in regards to hole in the subframe. PLEASE BE AWARE EVERYONE OF THIS MECHANIC & SHOP. I also know he did this to someone else also. HE IS MOVING THE SHOP TO THE UTOPIA ,ONT. AREA. DON'T BRING YOUR AUTO THERE.
