my name is Tom. I am using my daughters google account to leave this review. A few days ago, I was hauling grain with my 2015 T 800 with a ultra shift transmission. I drove onto the scale and jumped out to weigh. Got back in and the truck would not go into any gear, forward or reverse. it was stuck in Neutral. Trucks were lining up behind me, so I phoned kenworth in Clairmont for advice . Renelle and Ashly were extremely helpful and it seemed they were more worried then me about the line up that was forming behind me. They had four guys in the service trying to help me move the truck. We got the truck towed off the scale and they even arranged for Flynns towing to pick up my truck and get it to Kenworth. A big thankyou to Sheldon, the service manager, Rick, the general manager, Mike the Mechanic that diagnosed the broken wire on the accuator, and the other guy who was in on the telephone conversation to get me off the scale, Renelle, and Ashly. I had my truck back the next afternoon, with very little down time. Big thankyou to the whole team from Four V Farms Inc.

I had my Peterbilt repaired here after moose damage. The quote was quick, Dwayne was very knowledgable and experienced, he offerred to repair an area I did not even know was a problem. The tech I picked the truck up from was obviously very proud of the job he had done, and he had every reason to be. This was the best repair experience ever, I positively reccomend this shop for any body work.

Fantastic service department, managed to squeeze my truck into their busy schedule. Diagnosed and repaired at a reasonable price! Truck is back on the road and running with no appreciable impact to delivery schedule! Hats off to Grande Prairie GWKW for a job well done. Bob (Premay T133)

I just had my new kenworth in the clairmont great west kenworth for some warranty work.I just wanted to say that the entire staff that worked on my truck were awesome.from the girls at the service deck Ashley and Renelle to the tech and his foreman that squeezed me into the shop when they didn’t have to.and to my original salesman George.top notch all the way.they were all so great.it’s rare to find people like them in this industry anymore

We will never take our truck or buy our next truck from here ever again. After 4 attempts to have work done not only did we get overcharged but we had to take it else where to be fix properly! On top of poor repairs the last time we took it in we couldn't pick our truck up untill the next day we asked them to lock keys in it and they didn't even do that left it unlocked with keys in the ignition out front unsecured with the security flob for their key lock box still attached. I still have the flob!!!

Bought the truck there a couple times, and excellent service the whole way around, wasn’t overly busy but they got me in ASAP every time. Dwayne in the body job got it fixed and out the door quick. Thx guys

I had a 2016 T680 dropped off for an inspection prior to purchasing it. The dealership stored it in their secured lot for a week until I was able to come to pick it up. Ashley was my service advisor and she was extremely friendly and knowledgeable every time I spoke to her on the phone or in person. She sent me a summary of all the minor issues that would need to be fixed before the next CVIP and at no time pressured me into getting them to do the work.When the truck wouldn't start, they offered to boost it. The batteries were original and the Les the foreman suggested replacing them as I probably would've needed new ones soon anyways. On short notice and with only 1 mechanic left late in the day they dropped what they were working on and helped me get on my way back to Edmonton.While waiting I chatted up Jonathon in the parts department about possible add ons for my new truck and even though knowing he knew I wasn't purchasing anything that day he still took the time to suggest products and the comparisons/benefits of each.Renee, another service advisor was super pleasant when I came back before closing to pick up my truck. She took pictures of me backing out my new truck for the 1st time and texted them to me.Everyone at this dealership was a joy to deal with and if I am ever up that way for work, I wouldn't take my truck anywhere else.Highly recommend this dealership whether you have a kenworth or another make!
