Brampton Laptop

MY COMPUTER WAS STOLENThese people are scammers.I sent it in for repair early August, it is now mid October. I have had to contact them several times. First, they told me something was wrong with the motherboard and that hey needed to order parts. I was never notified about the status of my computer unless I called. Most recently, they told me they are unable to fix my laptop. I asked for them to please return it, I would come into the store, in which they responded they are moving and would meet me at a coffee shop. I agreed to this, and am waiting yet again for a response as to when and where my laptop will be returned. Unbelievable. Thieves.

Brought my Mac in for a repair and it was done very quickly for a good price. Had no problems afterwards. A big plus you will enjoy here is a genuinely friendly service reminiscent of old mom and pop shops. Proud to have a place like this in Brampton.

I called Brampton laptop when my laptop mouse began freezing and jumping. Within 24 hours, my computer was repaired and backed up (per my request) at a very reasonable price. Al and Tara provided top-notch service. Will definitely use them for my future laptop/computer needs. HIghly recommend!

LOOOVE THIS PLACE!! my screen cracked on my laptop. and my warranty at bestbuy didn't cover physical damages, My sister suggested this place to me, and i wasn't disappointed they fixed it within an hour or so. Saved me hundreds of dollars. The lady at the front was kind and gave a fair price, THANK YOU!!

The people who run this shop are absolutely lovely. They replaced the battery on my MBP quickly, and communicated updates to me professionally. I 100% recommend them for any laptop repairs, as they are quite knowledgeable in the subject.

The experience I had at Brampton laptop was stellar to say the least. I went to get my charging port fixed since it was broken. Normally I'm very skeptical about the smaller businesses that have to do with technology as I've heard some horror stories but Brampton laptop definitely made me see the positive side of things. I first brought my laptop to Best Buy's Geek Squad to assist me in the issue and they wanted me to give them $200 to send out the laptop (100 for diagnostics and 100 for backing up data). They also explained the $200 doesnt cover repair cost and it can be upwards of $500+ depending on what's damaged. I ended up leaving and searching for an alternative and stumbled upon Brampton laptop. When I got in I explained the situation to the woman that was there (I apologize if I didn't get the name) which she was immediately able to see that my port was broken. She also had extensive knowledge of technology based on everything she was telling me unlike the Geek Squad staff. It also didn't cost nearly as much as what Best Buy would've charged and my data was saved. I normally don't write reviews but I think this is well deserved and I hope this can help the business out in the end, so thank you ma'am for helping me out and being transparent.

The people at Brampton Laptop go above and beyond, real caring people who truly want to see their customers happy. I brought in my iPhone XR with a cracked front glass, they replaced it over night and I picked it up the next day, unfortunately when I woke up the next morning the display was artifacting and doing all sorts of strange things so I brought it back and within a few minutes they diagnosed the problem again and fixed it under their warranty which is absolutely amazing, you won’t see service like this at many other repair shops. Unfortunately sometimes you get a lemon, but Brampton Laptop steps up and makes it right! These guys are hero’s in my books and I’m VERY satisfied with the work they do. Their prices are the best I’ve seen and they provide perfect customer service. Would highly recommend for any repairs on phones or computers :)

The couple that was working here were extremely friendly and very hospitable to me. I went in there looking for a few parts for my laptop which Unfortunately they did not have but they recommended a few places to check as well to see if I could find them elsewhere. They are very nice people there who will take the time to answer your questions honestly to the best of their knowledge and will not try to rush you on purchasing anything which is rare to see in customer service fields that sell items nowadays.It was also quite humid outside and they offered me a free bottle of water even though I did not purchase anything from there again it goes to show how great their customer service is would highly recommend checking this place out if you're looking to purchase or upgrade your laptop this goes to show you why you should always support local businesses over big box chains you do not get this kind of customer service at Big Box retail stores
