Incredibly unprofessional and rude receptionists. Condescending, belittling, entitled and just plain mean. I’d rather travel hours to another dermatology clinic just so I wouldn’t have to engage with the receptionists here.

Very nice experience, staff were great in addition to the promptness of seeing your Doctor.Recommend to arrive early to ensure finding a parking space in the front of the building.

Although all the phones were down for the morning, the front desk staff were still polite (despite the chaos of having no working phones). Nurse Samantha is very friendly and chatted with me for quite a while as I waited for Dr. Chia and his resident. His resident was polite and friendly. After she took my ‘history’, she left for a bit. Then when she came back Dr.Chia was with her. Dr.Chia addressed my acne issues and scarring.

I called to book an appointment and the front staff are some of the rudest women I've ever spoken to in my life. Go to a place that actually is nice to their patients, this place is horrible!

You’d think after so many poor reviews of their receptionists, they’d do something about it. They were so rude on the phone and extremely condescending. I was interrupted multiple times and when they first picked up, I could hear the receptionists continue to have a conversation for like 5 seconds before she said hello… I never write bad reviews on anything, but these people were extremely unpleasant and unprofessional :( whoever was going to book me in for an appointment interrupted me multiple times and was not kind at all. I’ve always had a great experience with Dr. Chia but the other staff at this clinic have (on multiple occasions) been rude enough to deter me from ever going back.

Ditto the other too many similar reviews!!! re; the receptionist's!! Two sanctimonious, self righteous old biddies!! Admittedly I forgot to wear a mask, but to be publicly berated in front of other people in the waiting area, chastised and warned Maybe next time you will listen to the recorded reminder" with such a mean and snarky tone of voice....I left!! I was offended and upset in less than 30 seconds after arriving!! I will find another dermatologist and never go there again! There is no excuse for that kind of behavior

I am sickened at Dr. Woolner and his entire practice. After attending a visit with my sister I saw first hand what knowledge he lacked and how he belittles his patients. He spoke over his patients concerns the entire visit and prescribed a drug that my sister was already on with no success. His demeanor was also unsettling and I felt very uncomfortable being in the exam room with him as a younger female. I highly recommend going anywhere else for help

I've been going to NW Dermatologist for a few years now. I'm Dr Woolner's patient for a medical condition and I get treatment at the cosmetic department with Tammi. The service has always been amazing. The reason I'm writing the review now is because I had a problem with the credit card charges and the whole team dealt with professionally and fast. I have to give this place 1 because I'm tired of rude, snooty medical receptionists (why are so many medical receptionists absolutely awful, uppity people that think they're royalty!?). Went in for a morning appointment, treated with disrespect. I was there on time, kept waiting, by the end of it would've been over an hour wait, how far behind can they be first thing in the morning!?. Had to leave (work related) after waiting months for an appointment. I'm so tired of people in medicine not respecting people's time. You're not Gods that can do whatever to people, have some respect for other people!
