Been a customer for over 15 years & the staff is great; friendly and helpful, specifically Shawn!! He provides the time to help you pick out glasses with particular styles that you like & gives his honest opinion on how they look/fit, he knows what he’s doing! Other than the amazing customer service and skills he provides, Shawn is able to create friendly relationships with his customers. My family will continue to go to Pearl Vision for his help. Highly suggest getting his assistance

My appointment with Pearl Vision was a awesome experience, the doctor I had can’t remember her name sorry wish I could, was very happy to help me out with my exam and my eye care. She was very helpful and insightful and answered all my questions before I even asked. Great experience and will return in a year for my yearly exam!The store part of Pearl vision was also a great experience, Jenna was very helpful with getting me the perfect pair of glasses that suited me and fit comfortably. THANKS JENNA! Lol over all great experience and will see ya’ll next year.

We have had the best service at the Pearle Vision in Thunder Bay. The manager Sean is always accommodating and helpful but this most recent experience went above and beyond the usual. He made sure that both mine and my husbands new glasses were perfect. Going so far as to order new lenses to make sure my husband was happy and enjoyed his new glasses. We will never go anywhere else. Thanks Sean!

Friendly and knowledgeable service. I’ve been wearing glasses for most of my life and had no idea what my prescription really meant before coming in to get new glasses. Highly recommend visiting Pearle Vision at intercity mall for any vision needs. 10/10

I went here yesterday with my son to help him pick out his first pair of glasses. What a huge contrast to Hakim where we went first and were very disappointed. Very friendly staff and knowledgeable too. Even though they were due to close in just a few minutes, Jenna took her time and explained everything very well that my son wanted to know. Great attitude and we felt valued as customers. She went out of her way to get my son the best deal she could. I would definitely recommend this place! And great glasses too!
