I brought my CRV in for an oil change and to have the door looked at. The staff is always very friendly, very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. When the oil change and the door adjustment was done, I was phoned and given enough time to finish my errands and pick the vehicle up. I always enjoy dealing with Centennial Honda because of their, professionalism and friendliness.

Easiest car shopping experience I've ever had. Saw a 2014 civic online on Friday, checked it out in person the same day, asked Jen all my questions, and drove it home on Tuesday. They didn't push or pressure, they just gave me all the information I needed to make my decision and walked me through everything!

My first oil change was a great experience. Nice and clean waiting area. Coffee was provided. Checked my car all over. Friendly staff & my appointment didn't take very long. They gave us a free car wash.

Recently had my 2020 CRV in for maintenance and can say that it I really appreciated their service department staff for their professionalism. They provided details of the work required and how long it would take to complete. I was offered a vehicle to use while mine was in the shop, but I opted for a ride home instead. They even washed my car prior to me picking it up. Very happy with the service I received. Thanks

Ernie and his team took care of my car: Diagnosed the problem, informed me constantly of what were the next steps and what could be the best and worse case scenario. They are honest in that they keep their word even if it hits their bottom line. I felt that the Customer is first at Centennial Honda. Would I service my car there?
