Convenient location. A bit dark inside. Could use a bit of a bright upgrade. Otherwise always a short wait. Great staff who know their stuff. Today Sook helped me out with ease. Quick and efficient and friendly too. Thanks.

Taking 2 and a 1/2 months to complete a transaction.Unacceptable

If you like being refused digital access to your checking account, this is the place for you! Tellers couldn't figure out how to increase my e-transffer amount in order to pay tuition. I was there in person, with photo Id, trying to transfer out founds from my checking account (not a loan, my hard-earned money), to an academic institutions. ...I had to return a second day for a bank draft, and ended up giving up half a days worth of pay, for time off to do so.

Second visit to this branch. Line of customers 2 or 3 wickets open at most. Two staff serving one customer looking at screens. Got to my turn, oh no there is only one person with access to the safe and he is dealing with a customer. Get more staff or run more efficiently!

7 cashes 1 employee Friday end of business day. 10 people in line 15m no movement. How do you have the tallest building downtown and can't afford staff. Worst customer service.

RBC Used to provide great customer service.I simply wanted to know how the credidit card us exchange rates work.Corporate site pointed me to a robot phone line that told me I need to go into an office.I phoned a local office, and the poor, but sweet employee tried to explain to me how to reach a human.It was a simple course. But I didn't want an education on how to contact a human.Hmmm... what happened to their amazing customer service!

Dont bank with these crooks. They just took $100 out of my account for a payment without my authorization. Ill be visiting to hopefully resolve this issue soon. Kinda hard though .when you start work before they open. And not off work until after they close. I want my money back RBC. you have no right to take it without permission. Lets try and fix this before I switch banks and tell everyone i know about your shady practices.

Maylin Macias-Garcia is by far the ABSOLUTE BEST account manager I have ever come across. I don't write many reviews on google but felt like I needed to share such an excellent customer service experience. No matter what the situation is, even if it's in another branch and with a different representative, I can always depend on Maylin to have my problem solved without any hassles. She's always available and makes things so easy. I have been to a lot of different banks and dealt with a lot of different representatives for my businesses and personal finances, and have never felt that things can be as simple as Maylin makes them. I highly recommend to request her to help with any personal or business finances!

The customer service at this location is awfully ill-informed to help with basic requests. I bank with three other institutions in Walnut Grove and all of them are much better. I don’t know if it is just this branch but save yourself the hassle.
