Just had a night here it was good fair priced nice and clean. The owners are professional as far as our interaction went. I have stayed in a lot of motels over the last month and this is up there with the better ones. Could do with blackout blinds.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I was there for an hour. After about an hour I saw a huge cockroach as soon as I turned the lights off. I turned the lights and within 10more minutes another cockroach was coming out of the microwave. I left immediately. Tried to contact the owner at the front door and there was as no answer. I called and he was rude and didn’t seem to care. He also denied having any issue. He also would not give me a refund. I called the next day to get my money back. He offered the deposit back and that’s it. Do not stay here, they are infested !

poor service was extremely tired so forgot to ask for wifi password and to look for remote refused to give me my deposit back because for some reason remote wasnt in the room when i checked in still my poor self is now short $100 and nothing to eat i hope you guys are happy with yourself just one question what am i doing with a remote? good con by the way .

Good value for the money, very clean and renovating a bit at a time. Great wifi and entertainment system. Fridge and microwave in the room.

Good place for the price. Room was clean, the operator was very nice and helpful. Free WiFi was a nice surprise considering how small it is

Good price for a decent room. A bit small but i liked the location and the parking. Probably one of the better places to stay in Burlington if you are looking for a cheap motel

Clean room a little on the small side but fine, great TV service and fast wifi.The grounds are nice and clean and the room I had had been freshly updated. The owner was easy to deal with, but wanted a damage deposit, so I'm guessing problems in the past but no big deal for me.Would stay again.A real little hidden gem.

I stopped at the Royal Inn for a month to month quote?, but unfortunately the owner did not rent by the month, only by the week, and for me too expensive, $600.00 plus taxes or daily rates, but very clean and the owner was very hospitable!!!

A little dated and the room was a little cramped, but compared to the other motels in Burlington It is better. decent Parking space and staff were helpful
