If I could give a negative rating I would. The staff member who cashed me out was exceptionally rude. I asked when the rules changed about limiting amounts you purchase and she advised if I didn't like the rules I could shop some place else. I don't know what they expect when you need to shop for seniors who shouldn't be going out and they don't like it if you take the seniors into the stores with you. Remember only one family member allowed. Store have to start having some reasonable rules.

The pharmisict at this location is wonderful. She wrote up a prescription on the spot for my baby and called me later to make sure she was doing okay. So convenient and very helpful.

I had a similar experience trying to return an item - Air-Floss tips which was the incorrect size and was refused the return even though it was within hours of purchase. Was not pleased - at all! HOWEVER, they do have a very pleasant and helpful pharmacist, Owen who took wonderful care of my late husband - very kind and compassionate.

Clean, normally well stocked store, gets a little busy especially on weekends in the summer with the beach goers. Pharmacy is a little hit and miss but serves a lot of people in a growing community.

Very disheartening service today! Went in to ask a question ( pharmacy related) and apparently I deserved to be yelled at by not only one pharmacy assistant but 3!! None of them took the time to come to the counter and discuss my questions. All 3 of them were very rude and disrespectful. I have been a customer of that pharmacy since it was built in Sutton and sad to say no longer….I will be moving my business else where.

Place needs better management and more trained employees. Was told false information and now yet my health and medicine are delayed. When does the manager of this place actually show may need to actually write a note to the ministry of health. I know and accept people want to help in “their own way” but again when you get your hopes up and be told no.. kinda hurts

Not happy at all with my store experience today. Sutton location I encountered a very rude pharmacist today around 12:30. The lineup at the front was long. Only one cashier working and I had just three small items in my hand while the lineup was ppl with carts. So I went to the back to the pharmacy where there was one gentleman in line. I stood waiting my turn only to be told by the very rude pharmacist that she was “too busy” to cash out my three items. I was shocked. There was literally nobody else around! No one! But she was “too busy”. Real attitude about it too. It would’ve taken her 50 seconds maybe to cash me out but instead this location lost a customer today that spends a lot of money in the store, from now on I’ll make a point of going to any other store to spend my money.

We were traveling through Sutton when my grandson had an extremely bad ear infection. 3 very helpful employees told me of and investigated the nearest open walk-in clinic. The young man stocking shelves helped me find phone # on my phone. 2 others also were very helpful and we found our way to Keswick Health Services. I’m sorry I did not get the Shoppers employees names, it was a rushed hectic time. But they should be commended. Thank you.
